Friendly staff, spacious room with separate sitting area, free breakfast- and great location!!!! Went for 3 day girls trip and we had easy access to amazing local restaurants and top tourist stops. Magnolia Market and Dr Pepper Museum were an easy walk from the hotel and Cameron Park Zoo and Homestead Heritage were both an easy 10 minute drive!

This hotel service was over the top excellent. From the very beginning, Reid, was excellent. I had a bit of a wait upon arrival as only one computer was working, phone ringing, and a customer before me had an issue. I patiently waited and it definitely paid off. We were upgraded to a 1 bedroom with a balcony overlooking the Baylor University campus. It was perfect. Thank you Reid! My last night at the hotel ended with a family emergency and had to take my daughter and her two young children into our hotel room as their airbnb tiny house had a scorpion greet her as she steppedout of the shower. Thankfully our room had a separate living room with a pull out bed. I went to the front desk to get extra towels and blankets. Of course, another emploee, Drew, was so helpful and i felt calm talking to him about our situation. Thank you Springhill suites fir another excellent stay.

The beds were amazing but the room was dirty. Found makeup brushes behind the sink and something poop like on the restroom wallpaper. I also didn't like there was no trashbag in the restroom trashcan. My husband also found a hair clip on his nightlight. I'm sure if we kept looking we would've found other issues.

Clean and maintained. Came in at midnight once could not get into hotel, stressful.

So convenient to walk to Baylor

Check in was great and Reid helped with a problem with my reservation which was caused by me due to a funeral. He was very kind and helpful. Also, the rooms are great. They are so roomie and has all the necessities.

To be forthcoming the hotel had just regained power after the hurricane a week ago in Houston. After we paid they told us the elevators we're not working and we were on the third floor. Can we get to one of our rooms and open the door and there are people laying in the bed that we completely freaked out. Television didn't work and no hot water.

Male check in clerk seemed miserable and seemed like it was a bother to check us in not very friendly.He threw not handed the keycards. Didn’t tell us what time was breakfast or where the pool no attentiveness at all or verbal interaction.Not a welcoming atmosphere.

I love this hotel! The beds were so comfortable and the staff was so nice. It was convenient to eating places and to Baylor. I will definitely stay there again.

Excellent location close to Baylor campus

Our family was in Waco for a family wedding on July 4th. We had a few separate reservations booked and realized it would be beneficial to be on the same floor because Our 90 year old Mother was with us and being on the same floor allowed us to easily gather in her room. The manager said he could not promise we could be on the same floor but when we arrived all our rooms were on the same floor. The hotel was super clean, easily accessible to stores, and restaurants. The front desk manager Andrew was very helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast was very best I've had so far. After the wedding, we were able to bring the kids to the pool and we had a great view of the H.E.B fireworks show. Overall, the hotel and staff made our stay a Very pleasant one.

The hotel is very clean, easy parking. The only problem was mattress, very lumpy, hard to get comfortable

Frond desk attendant at checkin was do professional and customer service oriented! Rooms have great layouts and top notch!

Everything was clean and new feeling. The only problem is it's very close to a major highway. Also, the photo of the pool makes it seem much larger than it is. Otherwise the hotel met our needs for this visit to Waco.

Great service. All staff were welcoming and friendly. Suite was great. Well worth the price. Freeway was a bit noisy but calmed down later at night. Room was soundproofed well enough so noise was minimal.

The lady that checked us in was super sweet and helpful. Our room was huge and the bed was very comfortable! Loved the walk in shower and city view too! This will be our go to when visiting Baylor!
