Dirty light outlets that you don't want to touch. Old noisy uncomfortable spring bed, comforter. When the AC/ turns on or off the TV turns off.
Breakfast, several options to choose from. Served until 9am, which is inconvenient if you have children or vacationing.

Old but clean, with a comfortable bed. Waiting on the shuttle was the longest part of the process but, once the shuttle arrived the driver was friendly and helpful. The overnight attendant was pleasant and quick in assisting with getting us settled. The breakfast was decent and venue was tidy.

Quick overnight stay. Very friendly af reception and met all my needs. The room is old and the whole place needs an upgrade. However, it met my needs and the Bec was comfy. Good. Inexpensive option.

We have a long-time relationship with Quality Inn SeaTac.
It's comfortable, quiet and clean. Breakfast is good, and the staff are friendly.
Depending on timing, waiting for the shuttle from the airport can be a bit too long. In chilly conditions, our wait was a bit over 30 minutes, and it was cold. Next time, when I call for the shuttle, if it looks like a wait, I'll go back up to the cross-bridge that looks down on the shuttle pickup point 1D, and then head down when I see it coming.

the staff here were great and very helpful. the breakfast was like any other low budget hotel breakfast. the room itself was decent size with a very small bathroom. there was mold on the curtains in the room above the ac unit. the walls were paper thin!. we could hear everyone walking by, the above tenants sounded as if they were stomping around. the room itself looked very run down

Chose this hotel due to price and its close location to the airport. The hotel is definitely dated and the beds are terrible. Staff was very friendly. Apparently the hotel rents out parking to airport travelers, there was only one parking spot left when we got there. I don't know what others did who checked in after us.

Checking is totally entertaining. The young lady knew everything about the place as well as how to get us to the Cruise Port and all the takeout delivery restaurants to help us out absolutely , amazing young lady.

The rooms were nice hotel rooms the breakfast was amazing and most of all every person was the nicest people they did anything they could for you always smile always was speaking to you. I think at the end of the day it's the people that make your stay and these people were absolutely amazing.

The property seemed run down and not very clean. Paint was chipped and peeling in places in the bathroom, where the door hinges were rusty. There seemed to be no noise proofing, odd for an airport hotel, we could easily hear neighbors, people in the hallway, airplanes, and road traffic. Front desk clerk was friendly and efficient, airport shuttle was fine, but the room left a lot to be desired, and the price was way too high for something of this poor quality.

The check in clerk was on a personal call that was more important to our checking into the room.
He did not tell us there was an elevator to the 2ed floor when we checked in. The room he exchanged us to, was a very difficult walk for 2 handicapped people. I have always been very satisfied with other Quality Inn personnel, but his mind was not on serving customers. There was another customer behind me, who was also left waiting.

Very happy with the shuttle bus to the airport. It was a 2:00 am trip that was on time and the driver was alert and courteous.

Easy check-in, free shuttle, nice bed, good breakfast included. It has airplane noise overhead and the shower water heat has to be adjusted before using it, but otherwise it was fine.
