The Hotel is very large with many wings. A bit confusing to navigate. A bit outdated, but clean and comfortable. Easy access to the airport! The cookies are amazing!

We stayed there for the sole purpose of getting a good night sleep before flying to the east coast early in the morning. We were woken up at least 4 times between 11pm and 4 am with men talking loading in the hallway. It was very upsetting and disappointing.

The room was spacious, clean and quiet. Great food at the restaurant. Dependable 24 hour shuttle service to the airport. I’d definitely stay here again.

Hotel needs remodeling. Room has no refrigerator and microwave. I had to walk to another wing and used elevator to get to a floor to heat up food. Room does not have enough lighting. Receptionists were friendly and professional. Stayed here because of long term parking and shuttle service. Will look for another alternative.

The room was very clean and well kept. The problem was the heater in the room was very loud and there was hardly any heat coming out of it. I was going to ask for another room but my plane landed after midnight and I was exhausted. I just shut the heater off and add another blanket onto the other Queen bed. The next morning, the room was 58 degrees.

Worse experience: I was given a room with someone already occupying the room—total embarrassment! Leaking ceilings and elevators —musty smell in hallways and throughout the building—this hotel is falling apart! Ceiling has major hole over ice machine I want a refund

The room size was great. The sevice was very good. The room I stayed at had mold in the shower, curling wallpaper, door frames that did not lie flush and wear and tear on the furniture. The bed was good, and it was clean, with excellent tv offerings. I would stay here again, but hope for a better roon.

This property is average at best. Its proximity to the airport, the free airport shuttle, friendly staff and room size are positives, but in general it is tired, uninspiring and needs updating. We chose a balcony room and the patio doors did not close fully or flush, meaning there was a constant draft and airport noise. The balcony also doesn’t offer any chairs. Bathrooms, room carpet and general room fittings could do with an upgrade.

The hotel room is outdated. Very musty smelling in hallway and room. Although, overall the room was clean there was quite a bit of mold on the shower tiles. The furniture and carpet should be updated. For the price, I was expecting a bit more modernization. Also, felt the prices of sodas in the vending machine were exorbitant. $3.50 for a 12 oz can of coke. the restaurant prices were also high for the quality of food received. Felt like there was price gouging.

We had a very early flight from the Seattle/Tacoma airport. The hotel was very close to the airport and provided free shuttle to and from the airport. The shuttle picked us up on schedule and was very comfortable.
