Dingy. Elevator was broken multiple times, which I don’t believe was true. I believe the housekeepers held the elevator for themselves.

It was a get away to visit The Sand Sculptures in Ft. Myers Beach , We also visited the Naples Zoo & Gardens , Terrific time at all 3 places . Hotel is very clean , walking distance to Cracker Barrel & convenient for our outings !!

My only issue is that 5 min after I check out my son had left his chain in the room I recalled if I can enter back and check I was not aloud they said they would check instead and couldn’t find nothing.

No hot water maintenance came down did not speak English said it looked okay to him apparently from what the front desk said we said no hot water is not okay for anybody they moved us to another room at 9:30 at night where there was plenty of hot water absolutely horrible experience Will not go back

The hotel under renovation so couldn’t use front entrance vending machine empty but service was excellent so was the breakfast. Couldn’t use pool.

They forgot to mention when we checked in that evening that the roof would start to be replaced starting at 7:00 am the next morning right next to the room they selected for us.

Both the hotel and the room were very clean and well kept. Breakfast was ok. Only drawback was construction on the roof but was only during the day.

This property is run-down. The bars of soap and shampoo bottles are ridiculously small. The maid service is limited. They should at least check on trash or tell you where to put it. Not much better than an old Motel 6.

The sofa bed is very uncomfortable, the breakfast lady was unfriendly and she was throwing everything to the trash before ending the breakfast time. The swimming pool closes at 8pm!! And the hotel smells to heavy…

Note, as most hotels do, they require a security deposit- beyond what you paid through expedia. And you won't get rewards of you're a member of their program if you book through a 3rd party like expedia.
The room was clean!! The breakfast was nice - I liked that the bagels and pastries were individually wrapped. The coffee in the lobby was not strong enough for my taste, the room coffee was ok. they gave me a room away from the pool, as requested. I was there on a weekend, lots of Spanish speaking families with kids were too.
The hallways and lobby had a funny odor but thankfully it didn't carry into the room. Lots of tractor trailers parked there & signs saying to secure your belongings and lock your vehicles. Those didn't give a "safe" vibe.
i wasnt looking for luxury, just a place to sleep while visiting family. Overall it was ok.

We drove all day and after we checked in, the pool manager came out and made everyone leave the pool because he was going home. We were hot and tired, and no amenity for pool as advertised. Breakfast was terrible except the sausage gravy.

The staff were extremely nice and everything was clean. I only had one issue with the stove/oven not working so we couldn’t cook like we wanted to but other than that it was great
