The Kennesaw location is by far better and more convenient in all categories

Beautiful and clean

Decent rooms and beds. But: air fans in bathroom did not work and we asked about it three times. One guy came, said it was clogged and never came back. We also had to complain about marijuana smell coming into room from hallway (had to plug up under door with towels). Oh, and Bathroom Moth Flies - had to kill at least 5 a day in bathroom- yuck.

Had a good stay the price and facilities was great.

The person who checked us in was very friendly and efficient with all of us at the front desk for things.

Convenient, easy, helpful staff. Breakfast was too short, and food options were poor. Great restaurants nearly w/in walking distance.

Cheap outfit. No hot water/drizzle in the sink without a stopper. Desk takes a huge deposit upon check-in and re-check--ins. No breakfast with stay but a breakfast counter with all a la carte options many which are missing. Food counter staff pleasant and hard-working also has to serve,shop, and maybe clean. Beds too high. Bathroom smells, not sure it was properly cleaned upon check--in. Good A/C not lobby. Easy parking.Near mall. Pantry and computer available. Each washer and dryer 3$. Might approve accessibility except beds too high and bathroom floor has slippery floor with small tile lots of grooves and floor slants in multiple places. Good prices, but try to see other options, not sure if worth the difference. Safe neighborhood.

The he stay was short, but the room was clean. You can tell the hotel had a old and bathroom need to be updated, and room walls need to be thoroughly cleaned.

Very close to University

It's very convenient to FAU. Lots of nearby places to eat and shop The front desk staff were disinterested/grumpy. No breakfast included, which was a minus. Dirty carpet in the room. But clean towels and linens, nice TV, clean bathroom.

Other than having to switch rooms because of broken AC the stay was nice. It took 2 calls to find out they already knew the room had AC problems.

Very, very clean and extremely comfortable.

This hotel has roaches, especially where the mini fridges are kept in the rooms. I found them in one room and I asked to be moved. Then I found them in the second room. I asked the person at the front desk if this would be a problem in all of the rooms and she said “yes, probably” (with a little bit of attitude). I should have checked out and asked for a refund.

Next room over smoking and it came through the walls Room smelled mildew

I continue 2-3 times a year to stay because convienant, it’s clean and quiet

Excellent Service

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience as I walked into my room and it smelled horrible. I then saw ants crawling on the Night side table. It was awful!!! The carpets in the hallway were so dirty as well! I was really disappointed that there was nowhere to eat, and it had been advertised that you had a restaurant. :( Fortunately, the staff was so helpful and so kind and professional that it made my stay a little better. They gave me a free breakfast just out of kindness, but unfortunately, I went to eat breakfast and there was nothing available but the same “instant” food as I could’ve gotten in their snack room. Ugh. I was starving. The person working there was very hard to find not just for me, but for another guest that came in at the same time I was in there. The location was great surrounded by wonderful restaurants. The parking was very accessible and easy to find spots I want to thank the wonderful staff, but I did want corporate to think about improving the look of the inside as well as the cleanliness and the lack of a real restaurant inside.

A really bad night. At 4:30 am all the fire alarms in the hotel rooms went off. I woke up scared thinking there was a fire and called the front desk and they told me there was no fire and that all I had to do was turn it off. After that I couldn't sleep anymore. When I left at 8:30 am a fire alarm was still going off in one of the rooms.
