Arrived close to 430 an hour and a half after check in. I was informed that rooms were still being cleaned and a king size bed wasn’t available for maybe a couple hours. I was offered A room with two double beds. I accepted and then was told that that wasn’t available anymore either. So then I was told since I was gonna wait anyway they would just put me back in a king size room like I originally requested and paid In advance for. After about an hour, wait I went back to the front desk was given a room, and when I went up to the room with my wife, they had put me in a double full size bedroom. The whole experience made me late to my business obligation, and I was gonna double a business trip as a way to spend some time with my wife But unfortunately, the experience at the Marriott Columbus airport made the experience very uncomfortable. They were supposedly short in rooms because they hadn’t been cleaned, and when we walked up the hallway Getting out of the elevator, you had all the staff standing around just chatting about personal things. I probably would not stay at This hotel again. This was my second time and will probably be the last.

The hotel was very clean and nice, adequate for 1 night stay. The beds were not very comfortable and the blankets were as thin as tissues. For some reason there were no garbage cans anywhere in any common area or outside. Which was inconvenient and strange.

The person at the front desk gave us the key to the room and said we were to drive around to door number 3. We went there and tried to get in however the door had no handle and was under construction. Mind you, I was traveling with a handicap person which meant that we then had to get back into our car and and park at a door that was very much further away from our room. We had to walk a very long way to get to the elevator let along our room on the fourth floor. It was a bad start to our stay!

Everything was really clean and comfortable.
There was a wedding or something in the party rooms, and they all must have been staying in the hotel. Doors were slamming all night long. Pretty noisy.
Only other thing was that the shower didn’t work. The bath faucet worked, but not the shower.
Ordered room service breakfast. Food was great. Service was great.

Before my stay, there had been some car break-ins. There was still glass in the parking lot, and my room's shower had mold in it. However, the customer service at the front desk and restaurant was great. The food was really good too.

Didn’t have the 2 queen beds like I booked.. it was chaos when we arrived, there was police dog searching buses for drugs. It wasn’t the cleanest! Also my neighbor left because she got ate up by bed bugs!

Upon arrival, I found that one of my room was not prepared. The bed was unmade, and there were used towels scattered on the floor. It was clear that the room had not been cleaned prior to my arrival, I attempted to address these issues with the hotel staff, but the response was slow and not particularly helpful. For the price I paid, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and service. This stay was not up to the mark, and I would strongly recommend that the hotel review their cleaning protocols and customer service practices. I hope future guests have a better experience

The hotel seemed almost deserted but was clean enough. The workout equipment was old and the elliptical machines did not work well. The restaurant seemed deserted at first, and I had to wait about 10 minutes for staff to even appear to seat me. There was a car in the lot that had had its window smashed.

When I initially attempted to check-in, I was turned away stating there was no reservation. I was told there is a Marriott property across the street. Upon leaving and going across the street, I noted it was not a property that I frequent and went back to the Marriott Airport, at which time the person assisting immediately located my reservation. As I almost always travel alone (e.g., female) I request a high floor. I was offered a king on the first floor. I was told a king may not available and may not be available until after 5 p.m. The reception also volunteered the higher floors are usually given to airline staff. When declining the first floor room, I was offered a room on the 4th floor with two full size beds. The sink water ONLY ran hot. The property was much older and larger than anticipated. The reception neglected to advise of most convenient entry/exit or parking to room. Otherwise, the property was sufficient.

Well approximately 13 cars were broken into in one night. Glass everywhere! Was told by staff nothing they can do.
The shuttle guy mentioned it happened to his car parked there also and happens often.
Not happy this happen with zero effort from staff except maintenance man who shop vac the glass out.
If it’s occurring multiple times then it’s a real problem. Avoid!!!

Kendra was awesome - she was working alone and couldn't have been kinder and more helpful. Door to bathroom was not on right you could see in from the sides. Shampoo conditioner and body wash was empty. My daughter left her stuffed animal in pull out and after numerous calls no one can help us. Very dissatisfied with Marriott.

The property was in good shape. We had one issue at check in. We were assigned a room and when we opened the door someone else’s stuff was in the room. Basically we walked into a room that someone else was occupying. Uncomfortable yes. The front desk resolved the issue but very concerning none the less.

Check in took over an hour despite us being on time. Went to the River Grille for dinner and we ordered two drinks from the bar and a burger and chicken tenders. Drinks took at least a half hour and food took OVER an hour. At that point we were so tired and hungry we just wanted our crap and to leave. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone unless I dislike them.

Beautiful hotel. Would be a great place to hold a convention, they have the room and service attitude. Complimentary breakfast was made to order and eggcellent! Multiple key controlled entrances allowed ease of access no matter what room you stay in.
