I don’t mind to use the towel again but wish there are more like hand towels or smaller towels not only bath towels.

Good location. Clean. No frills. Too many people and limited space meant often a bun fight at breakfast. Liked the pancakes and the smoothie options. But the coffee was terrible. Chef said hello every morning, which was surprising and nice.

Overall id say it was a little over priced for what was offered. Pro's-Staff was very friendly, breakfast was fantastic, overall very clean, location wasnt vad at all...a little off the beaten path but close enough so was nice and quiet. Cons-no daily housekeeping...in fact i was there 4 days and ni housekeeping, you have to switch out your own towels at the front desk, doesnt have wash cloths only hand towels so may want to buy or bring your own, no complimentary coffee and no coffee maker in the room, no fridge...basically the room is bare bones...bed, desk, tv with spotty connection, chair, and clothing rack with only 2 hangars. Also, the bathroom does have hair dryer and liquid soap but thats about it. Gym was decent but several of the items i wanted to use were damaged and never repaired/replaced.

This is a very basic, overpriced hotel. The room are tired and soulless, doesn’t have a kettle or wardrobe, rooms are very small and basically only have a bed. Breakfast was poor with very little options.

This hotel needs a little TLC, great breakfast, very comfortable but expensive for what we got.

Great hotel, convenient to everything. Staff were very helpful, welcoming and friendly. Special mention to two of the staff at the front desk who helped me resolved my suitcase issue, they really went out of their way to help Breakfast is great with variety of food choices.

This is a basic property in a location close to the historic district. It has an excellent breakfast. Get a room above the third floor. We were originally put on the second floor, but the windows do no open and there is no air conditioning. We were moved to the 4th floor with a window that opened and a view of the garden. This was much more comfortable.

Comfort states and I quote,'daily housekeeping service'. Yet...we were informed our room would not be cleaned during our three night stay.Thus was policy,not staffing issues.If we wanted a clean towel,go to reception. Breakfast?A three hour window,but do not arrive in the last hour.You may not get a seat!! No hot drink facility in the room,no spare toilet roll. This is not a hotel,it's a hostel. The old fashioned 'hotel'lifestyle?Not at Comfort Bergen!!

Friendly staff; spacious but basic rooms. Facilities ( hallways etc) could use a refresh. We got there early after disembarking from a cruise and the staff was very helpful letting us check in by noon.

I booked two nights at the Comfort Hotel in Bergen and was at first put into a room with a tiny window and no way of opening it. After a while, I realised I couldn't turn the aircon off and the wall behind the bed was ever so slightly shaking. At first this didn't bother me but over time, it became more and more disturbing. I felt like I was in the hull of an engine room in a huge ship and I slept terribly that night. The next day, I told reception and they immediately moved me into a lovely room with none of these issues. The staff were so helpful and friendly. I wish it hadn't happened in the first place, but the first night is the only reason why I am not giving this hotel 100%. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was amazing. The rooms have vegan soap/shampoo, and the breakfast buffet had plenty of vegan options (including different kinds of non-dairy milk and oat-yoghurt). The location is amazing too - it's within easy walking distance of the centre, harbour and ~10 minute walk to get to the tram to take you to the airport.

Nice, comfortable stay, to close proximity/east walk to harbor area and Brygge, which is on the other side. East access to bus to airport, and train station, also.

I adored this hotel!! It's the cleanest hotel I've been in! I was a flight attendant plus traveling on my free time - I've never experienced such cleanliness. The breakfast was wonderful, staff was great, as was the location. Thank You!

Business trip. Good hotel. Staff very good. It’s great the gym is open 24hrs. My only criticism, I asked for a double bed not two small singles. But all good apart from that.

Front desk staff was very helpful. I had forgotten my hat in the taxi. He sent messages to the taxi centralen with a likely image of it. It did not help in the end. But they did what they could

Our room seemed to be right next to some type of machinery so you can feel the vibration all night while sleeping on the bed.

Property was difficult to find

The hotel has rooms at different street levels and mine directly faced a street and the window wasn’t secured. I think the neighborhood is safe but I didn’t feel totally safe in my room’s location. The room was hot but I didn’t go to sleep with the window open.
