Perfect central safe location for my family’s first trip to Boston. Could walk to the markets, right next door to the carousel and aquarium. All the tours leave from the back side of the hotel right on the wharf. Will absolutely return. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful.

We stayed only one night but it was fantastic. Staff was so helpful, we could access just about everything by walking. Beautiful area. Very clean. We stayed on a Friday night so the music outside on the Warf side was noisy late into the night but otherwise I would recommend!

The airport free ferry shuttle landed right next to the hotel, so we saved time and money that way. All the tour trolleys and ferry rides also started there. So great, since we didn't rent a car. The down side was the $30 per day resort fee. We didn't know about that until we arrived.

Great view of the harbor. Super convenient to the T, walking distance to harbor cruises, Faneuil Hall, North end etc. The rooms are nice, beds are comfy. Valet parking was $70 per night. You literally step out the door and can hop on the T, take a bus tour, Duck tour, hop on a boat to cruise the harbor, take a water taxi to the Seaport district. This is such a convenient location! The Awuarium is also right outside. Highly recommend this hotel!

Our stay was wonderful. the staff was eager to help with all our needs. Assisted us with all our medical devices that we needed to carry.

Room was very small for a family of 4 adults. Bathroom was too. No towel racks and sliding barn door...

Great room and food. The communication from the front desk leaves a lot to be desired. They need to make sure they EXPLAIN the $30/day fee and the "free" $30 you get for each day. It's confusing and no one was on the same page. Nice people at the front desk but need to be trained better to know the "rules". Also - most of the staff at the restaurant were pleasant but there was one server who was super rude. She waited on us 3 times and every time she was rude. Never checked back in. The rest of the staff was great at the bar and restaurant. The hotel is within great walking distance to many attractions and is very safe. Tons to do around the hotel as well. Great restaurants in the area too. HIGHLY recommend this hotel for it's comfort, room size, cleanliness and the majority of the staff. I will return here.

For half the cost, this hotel would have been fine. The location was excellent. The premium we paid for a harbor view was ridiculous--we were on the second floor with a half-view of the harbor blocked by another building and a half-view of the local park. The beds were lumpy, the toilet wobbled, and the tiny bathroom had only a tub-shower combo. We splurged thinking the views and location would be worth the extra cost, but we got at best a 3-star hotel in all respects other than location.

Location! Location! Location! You are right in the heart of history and sightseeing, trolley tours, whale watching, the subway, etc. Beautiful hotel and beautiful sunsets! Highly recommend.

My co-workers and I had an amazing stay! We were in Boston for work and could not have asked for a better experience. The valet gentleman and hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. Our suite was beautiful, equipped with everything we needed and plenty of space for three people. Room service breakfast was delicious. There is so much to do in the area including a quick walk to the North End! Big thank you to Coleen Winfrey for arranging our early check-in. She truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend Boston Marriott Long Wharf!

Great location for a tourist. Loved the gym and pool and outside area. However, the parking fee of $70 is very expensive, especially considering how much we paid for the room for one night stay, more than $500, and that is without breakfast. Also, the room oddly did not have a sitting chair in it. The side table was present, but the place for the chair was empty. In addition, I used the APP to be notified when my room was ready, but it did not work. I was already in the room when I was notified that I can check in now.

Great location to explore Boston from. Easy access to the subway, ferry, buses. Quick walk to freedom trail and all of downtown sites.

I have stayed before and op Ed the proximity to tours and restaurants but this time I had my father with me who would benefit from a wheel chair but still can get around with a cane. We rented a wheel chair and had it delivered to hotel, the staff was friendly and helpful with retrieving it. The staff was also helpful with answering questions for my parents, who have not traveled out of state since my dad’s illness in 2014. The location and staff and hotel is still my favorite when in Boston. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality,

Boston Marriott Long Wharf is ideally situated on the harbor directly across from Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall. We wanted to enjoy a “taste” of Boston before boarding our cruise through Cape Cod. It was the perfect prelude!

Definitely the best hotel we’ve stayed at.. ever. Including the all-inclusive resorts. The service, cleanliness, and convenience were great. Every staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful. The restaurant on site was fantastic. When returning to Boston we will only book here
