Hotel staff very friendly.
Room was simply and comfortable.
Rug at entrance of room was dirty, most likely due holiday snow/ski season. I mentioned this to checkout staff. She said that they would get the carpet cleaned..

The building was clean, my family and I felt very comfortable and safe. The staff was awesome! I do have to say, the building is a little old so the windows are very thin. We could hear the outside cars driving down the street. But overall it was a pleasant stay.

Not so good. They charge $20 a night for a pet when right across the parking lot the Hampton has no pet fee. Super small room & super small bathroom. Our bathroom smelled so strongly of bleach we had the leave the exhaust fan on all night & keep bathroom door shut.

You could hear the people above us walking the entire time the insulation sucks and the breakfast lady was so annoying she kept yelling at the guests it was uncomfortable

While the hotel is fine the stay was excellent thanks to the staff. Specifically, Caradon went above and beyond in helping us out with an issue. It's good to know people like Caradon still work in the hospitality industry.

Just seemed small, outdated and food was not great for the price. We paid $160 for our room. Shout out to the front desk person Ethan for switching us to a different room as our fridge wasn’t working.

As others have said, the hotel was very dirty and in a general state of disrepair. There was a pungent smell from whatever they were trying to cover up odor-wise. Staff was rude and unapologetic.
We didn’t stay. We immediately checked out and were told we’d have to call back to receive a refund. We did so and were told the hotel was happy to issue a refund, but that we would need to go through Expedia to receive it.
Good luck speaking with anyone at Expedia. You’ll spend however much time you’re willing to spend in an endless loop of automation.
Lesson learned. Don’t book through Expedia again and avoid this hotel chain, since upkeep and cleanliness are clearly unimportant.

Nothing stands out that makes it different from a standard middle of the road motel. It as nice for what it is. If I needed to visit the area again, I would consider re booking there again.

The carpet in 118 needs to be cleaned or replaced. The bathtub was horrible. The entrance to the property has a huge pothole that was there last year when we were there.

There was an incident that took place at the hotel in a different room that we did not partake in and we were charged a fine for “loss and damage” in our room that was untouched. Do not stay here they will charge $500 for no reason

Disappointed, I didn’t get a heads up email that the pool and Jacuzzi was not working. Previously when I book a hotel I get an email that tells me if amenities are not working. Very disappointed only stayed one night and was looking forward when we got back to hotel to the Jacuzzi.

The room smelled of cat urine, the bathroom towels smelled like throw up. I told desk clerk, they gave room spray. Breakfast was out of items, then when restocked, didn't taste good at all. Left without eating. During check out the desk clerk did not ask about how the stay was. Will never stay here again.

WE have stayed at many Fairfield Inns, as we favour Marriott Hotels. This was not a good example. The building was in poor repair, the carpets stained and aged, the breakfast area cramped, there were no plates when we arrived, and the staff couldn’t locate any for about 10 minutes. There was one elevator which was constantly full of housekeeping equipment and a wet floor cone.

The staff were all friendly. The breakfast was really nice with a nice variety of items. Waffles, muffins, bagels, yogurt, granola, oatmeal, milk and juice. The rooms were really outdated. Carpet kinda gross, stains on the carpet. Bed was comfortable.

This property has truly lovely staff, especially the front desk gal who greeted us warmly and offered lots of helpful advice. The hotel was clean and well-kept… but the stay was uncomfortable for a few reasons. First, our room was really hot, and turning off the heat AND opening the window didn’t suffice to cool it down. Second, there is terrible noise on the main floor from the rooms above- some guests entering their room and walking around at 4am sounded like a full-on invasion from our suite right below, and it definitely disturbed our rest. :( Seems like it’s an old building, and not much to be done about it. Small tv, very basic furnishings. I didn’t feel like the value for money was there, and I’d choose a different spot in future.

Not bad for the price. It is definitely dated and could use a make over. The breakfast was a bit pathetic. 😞 we were sad the hottub was closed and noted that the guest laundry was also down. I guess u get what u pay for. I don't think i would stay longer than a night
