The property is dated and in desperate need for renovation. Parking spaces in the garage are tight. Cleanliness is ok. Authone, the receptionist, is welcoming and helpful.

This was our first time in Luxembourg and we couldnt have picked a better place to stay. The centre was walkable in 15 minutes and the neighbourhood was quiet, safe and friendly. The park behind the hotel was an amazing bonus.

The hotel’s well located for the center of the city and for groceries, restaurants etc..

VERY SIMPLE hotel, simple rooms, simple beds, etc. BUT special wishes for the rooms were arranged. Nice hotel lobby, the bus stop is only a few steps away, Parc Belair is beautiful and right behind the hotel. No supermarkets or kiosks nearby(!)
Looking for english speaking staff at this hotel? unfortunately the wrong place. Only one receptionist on the last day of our stay was understanding and speaking.
Surprisingly you have to pay 50€/night in advance for the mini bar, breakfast, etc. as a guarantee. IF you take advantage of such.
Speaking of breakfast… cold hall, poorly prepared, VERY little choice of ham etc. (only pork meat products and salmon), we had to ask the staff twice to refill some of the plates…
So all in one an average hotel but a little bit too pricy. It’s alright for a few days. No coming back for us tho.

The hotel was overall nice however we paid for a park view and were given a room on the ground floor with very little view/no balcony. We essentially viewed the roof. We tried to complain but were told no other rooms were available. We also had to wait in a 25 minute line to check in (we were exhausted from a long flight so that didn’t help). It wasn’t the single staff member who was workings fault, however you’d think they would have more than one staff member checking guests in when a long line forms.

Lovely quirky hotel about a mile walk from the centre (although with free public transport, even this is no bother!) Staff charming and super helpful. Quiet, smart and clean rooms. Air conditioning would have made it 10/10!

The hotel is well located, the lobby well decorated and the room is spacious and equipped. However, the shower in the bathtub is terrible. Moreovee, the room was really hot and there was no indivual control of the temperature.

Excellent help from the customer service team, especially at check in and checkout. Pillows weren’t very comfy but there was a service to change them for a fee - would have preferred to be supplied with comfy pillows to begin with. View was fantastic and amenities were all there. Breakfast was nice and in a lovely setting.

If you don’t want to be on the first floor hearing traffic noise, book a park view. Travelocity customers get the worst rooms. It was hot, but we couldn’t open the windows because of traffic noise. There isn’t any AC so they told us we were welcome to buy a fan. We even asked to change rooms and pay the difference, they didn’t allow that.

The price was decent for such a hotel and location, the park view was breathtaking when the sunrises, the restaurant at the hotel was delightful and delicious in an incredible way. the staff were more than friendly and welcomes you as if you knew them for decades in a good way of course

The hotel is very stylish, and the room I had very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and efficient. The only thing marginally negative is I had a room over looking the front of the hotel which was fairly noisy. Apart from that was a very nice stay and I would definitely use the hotel again,

The hotel room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. The hotel is dated maybe 25 years. The staff acted indifferent. The fitness center is really non existent They charge 15 Euros to use the dry sauna. The elevators are very noisy even though I was down the hall. I borrowed adapter that came from a drawer of adapters left by previous guests. It didn’t work for me so I returned it but I found a charge for an adapter on my account. They did delete when I asked them

The hotel has an old, timeless European atmosphere but still comfortable. The location was perfect for a short walk to the city centre and business I had to complete. We enjoyed our stay.

Everything is amazingly nice and warm in this hotel. If you are planning to visit Luxembourg stay in this hotel, else plan to visit Luxembourg and stay in this hotel. I do appreciate the staff and their service.

A pleasant hotel in a quiet area but be aware that you are a long way from the city so it is a taxi ride to find any bars or restaurants. The hotel bar is uninteresting and doesn't entice you to want to stop. There is a bistro attached to the hotel but was shut when we got back at 10pm wanting a nightcap. My room was next door in what seemed to be a guest house with very creaky floors and those irritating timed light switches. I slightly felt that I was in someones house. A beautiful room with high ceilings and an outside area with sun loungers and seating overlooking the park.

The location was convenient. The room was clean and modern but small. The shower capsule was too narrow. The room did not have air conditioner, it was hot and we kept the door to the park open. It was very noisy and difficult to sleep.

Bed was good and we liked the bathroom with a solid door to close. Only complaint was that the pillows were quite flat and they had no other kind. They said we could have additional pillows but they were all the same underfilled things. Breakfast was an additional 20 euros per person so we didn't eat there. There is a nice restaurant next door where we had lunch on our last day.

No air conditioning which spoilt the stay in otherwise a comfortable hotel. Booked through Expedia who listed air-conditioning as part of hotel facilities. :( Staff were more interested in chatting at the bar with off duty staff and serving them. We were the only customers in the bar. We had to wait 15 minutes for 2 drinks. Reception staff also seemed dis-interested. Additionally, the design of the door from the bar into the kitchen means you can see straight into the kitchen, again a number of off duty staff chatting, there is quite a delay in the door closing which was very distracting when you are trying to have a relax. Im sure something could be done to rectify this. Unfortunately it led us to eat and drink elsewhere for the rest of the stay.
