The property is dated. The room had an odd smell. The staff was horrible with communication and when addressed, the were unapologetic. I’ve been a customer of this hotel since 2014; customer service has certainly declined over the years.

Nice, comfortable. We picked the hotel because it had a pool and a hot tub, but the hot tub was out of service. I didn’t like the location of hotel, amenities were hard to find in an industrial neighborhood.

It’s in an industrial/commercial zone with the freeway on one side and what looks like a junkyard on the other. There is NOTHING anywhere near it in the way of food options. The rooms and hallways are dated. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke.

Rated the comfort, and condition low cause or ac did not cool the room down. And we had a very restless slumber. It’s hard to sleep in 80 degrees. Other than that it would have been much higher as the bed and pillows are very comfortable.

the picture is catfish. hotel is small and old. elevators need to be cleaned. and maintained better. room service or hotel service in general needs improvement. blankets were requested and was told that the lady was off?? then whomever was on the phone should’ve brought up some blankets.

I was deeply disappointed in several aspects of this property. The jacuzzi was broken I was not notified on check in. I only booked this location because it had a jacuzzi and suffering from medical conditions I only book at hotel with a jacuzzi. We were upset to say the least, the handicap room I booked carpet was dirty, the hard to lift up lever on the tin to close the drain is not accommodating to people with hand, wrist injuries, carpal tunnel and arthritis, I couldn’t even take a bath the drain was to hard to close when I arrived nobody on staff in maintenance to look at the issue. I was disappointed the carpets and elevator stained and dirty wall papering in bathroom, elevator and hotel needs a good cleaning. A dog was running around pool area off its leash, I was too through kids and teens took over pool area. I was deeply disappointed in the condition and last but not least. I was given a 1 pm late check out by a hotel employee front desk his name stated with a K and at 11:55 maids knocking on door, I call down and get a different hotel desk worker, tell her and she said they would notify housekeeping staff some time goes by I hear a knock and a maid just wake in before I could even respond she knocks and walks in on my at the same time. Hotel not accommodating l, bath tub issues, carpet disgusting, walls and wallpaper need cleaned or replaced, staff members I encountered had no friendly warm or inviting vibe just dry, it’s like they were just there.

It was convenient for the area.

The hotel is very run down and the rooms were dirty. It is in desperate need of a renovation in the rooms and lobby. The hotel is also very loud as well and needs to be remodeled. The parking lot is also unsafe with many homeless people around.

Paid for an upgraded room with a balcony and received a room that was smaller and cheaper than the one I selected and had no balcony. Was disappointed to find out they don’t have balconies and there was nothing I could do.

Not until I rolled bedding down there was blood on the sheets. That is so disgusting and unsanitary. I was so unhappy with the response that the front desk had like oh well sorry. Since we reserved with a 3rd party Expedia, they had no concern. Then trying to get in touch with Expedia is a whole different story. Can't find no contact number to complain so unhappy overall with the service of the hotel and with Expedia.

The Hotel Staff was amazing. We had some trouble with our AC and the technician was at our room within minutes to reset the thermostat. And the food at the bar/restaurant was fantastic!

The whole hotel is in need of a facelift. It seems like it hasn't been remodeled in 20 years

Overall it was a great stay, very clean and great customer service. I didn’t like the area where it’s at. Felt unsafe.

It's an older hotel but very clean, well kept and everything works well. Very nice stay. Pool has shade in the evening so grate for a swim even on a hot day. Beds were comfortable and the pillows were actually good.

They have a 24 hour gym so you can workout anytime of the day.

The rooms are not even close to three hundred dollar rooms.

The stay was actually really good, I hadn't stayed in a hotel in a very long time. I'm so glad I did they were beyond exceptional with their customer service. The food was extremely good. the chef did his thing for sure. My dad worked for the Hilton before he passed and I definitely see why!

One minor inconvenience... I was surprised to find that the "office center" did not have a fax or scanner available, so I had to go elsewhere.

Our room smelled like rotten yogurt.

It is a decent hotel, clean and the bed is comfortable enough. However the sofa bed is terrible. You can feel the spring poking your back. The food at the restaurant is very good.

The area is industrial outside the hotel property. The hotels property is clean and well taken care of but once you leave that area it is not safe.
