Everything was okay. The bathroom was not in great condition. Stains on walls, rust on door handle. Limited sink space. The tub was very slippery when I stood for shower. Held on to handicap bar most of the time I was in there. The bathroom condition and cleanliness is why I didn’t rate higher.

Place was super nice, however charging $13 for a breakfast that should have been free (it was sub-par at best) is ridiculous.

Stayed in this hotel twice during road trip to Colorado, super easy check-in, cookies and water offered. fruit infused water and coffee available in the morning. Room quiet and clean. Would recommend.

Very welcoming from the time we entered the hotel. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the beds were outstanding.

The carpet had rips in it in our room. The Water in the sink would not go down.

A bit dated. Needs a a remodel.

Easy to find by the freeway but a good distance from all of the great downtown dining.

Rooms were adequate but ours had some water damage to wallpaper in bathroom. For being a newer hotel it was starting to show wear and tear. Refrigerator in room was too cold and my items froze overnight. Front staff were very friendly and helpful.

The carpet in the whole room was large spots dirty disgusting I told them they need to put a red X on that room and not rent it out again until they clean it and do something to it

From the welcome by Cameron and her excellent service to checking out the next morning the service and amenities were excellent. The room was well kept and clean, and stocked fully. The breakfast staff were polite friendly and welcoming. For a short stay at a hotel you could ask no more.

Hotel was sold out had me standing around for over an hour then told me they had a room for me at another location that wasn't even close to what I reserved an since I already paid them I couldn't get another room slept in my car

Our room was very spacious and clean. We loved the layout, the bar, pool, and staff. We will stay here again in the future.

I love staying here when i am in town. I have a bad back & i never have issues sleeping in their beds. Everyone is always so nice as well

Property was easily accessible from highway. Dining and shopping was close by. Staff was pleasant and polite. Pool was well maintained. The carpeting in the room was stained , and the room had an odor. Due to the close proximity to the elevator it was noisy as well.

Unfortunately we encountered many problems during our two night stay. There were many hotels to choose from when we were booking and we thought this was the best option. Where do I begin. No access to water. Water in gym-not available, water fountain to fill up our water bottles-not even on, water in front lobby-all ice. Our TV completely froze for live TV ( I have pictures). Noone told us the menu would be limited at the restaurant when we went for dinner. I had a cold cut sandwich for dinner.... It was beyond clear the hotel was understaffed.. at the front desk..at the restaurant.It was advertised breakfast was $13/per person, it was $15. We were not able to fully use the pool which we paid for. There was a large group traveling together with young teenagers who completely took up the pool playing football being loud, obnoxious and play fighting in pool. It was impossible to swim. We spoke to management & she went and "spoke" to them but nothing changed. This group was also in the back patio area yelling and playing football and COMPLETELY taking up the entire area. This was the worst part about our stay that management did nothing about. These children were running from the pool with wet feet all over the hotel. The hotel simply put up wet floor signs all over the hotel instead of dealing with the issue. Last issue..we left at 9:30 am sunday morning & did not return to hotel until 4pm. room service never came. we had to call front desk. Never again, truly dissapointed
