Front desk bad Service ever I was there to ask her a question about my room and she on the phone talking and laughing and she see me I was standing Front of her And just ignore me talking on her Personal phone, not even the service helping the customer terrible service I don’t feel I was welcome to the Hotel or let me show you around What we have the service like something will be nice to the customer but OMg never back to the Hotel bad experience I hope you guys take the job serious And be on point with Customer service coming from different Town to the hotel thank you

Staff was very kind, especially due to the outage caused by Microsoft and Crowd Source. We were unable to have keys made for our room for our stay, so staff had to be sent to meet us to let us into our room whenever we wanted to get let in. The room itself, however, was definitely not up to what I expected. I NEVER want to go into any hotel room and find someone else’s bodily functions on the seat and rim as soon as I walk in. Unacceptable. Not something you should miss if you’re cleaning a room. It was taken care of, but still not happy that it occurred. Room was spacious, but it seemed like it was missing a chair. Poor lighting… standing lamp was super dark… and that was 50% of the light in the room Housekeeping needs to be sure to take a vacuum to the edges of the room every so often too. Air conditioning fan louder than most. Wouldn’t go back.

Under some external renovations. Rooms were clean, hire is spacious. The breakfast area looks great, lots of tables, appealing buffet but the food was pretty mediocre for being an up charge.

I ws unaware that they charged for the continental breakfast. The food was terrible, the place had an odor and the food tasted like the odor, then they charged me $40. 7 for garbage. I will never sleep there agai ! That is a blackeye for Double.Tree.

Great property with great surroundings for shopping. Stayed two nights and it worked for our purpose. Great greeting cookies. Only downfall was that we were booked for full breakfasts when two continental-types of breakfast were had. Breakfast seemed uninterested in knowing what people had and just sent standard billing . All in all, great service for the majority of time

The hotel charges $20.00 per person for an average/basic breakfast. For a hotel stay in excess of $200 per night, that is outrageous. Additionally, coffee is only available to guests during breakfast hours. After that, no coffee for the entire day and evening. I wouldn't stay at this property again.

Although the front desk person was exceptional good. The rooms at the hotel are outdated and are musty. They need a face lift and thorough cleaning. The bathroom has a feel of nastiness which almost prevented me from using it. No choice. Very drab and depressing in the rooms. Would never stay here again even if it were free.

Room wasn't vacuumed when we checked in, such low hanging fruit makes me wonder what else isn't clean. Pealing wallpaper in bathroom, leaky bathtub faucet, bathtub stopper didn't work properly.
The two nights we stayed the property had some outfit doing swim lessons in the small pool so we couldn't use.
I am not usually a negative review leaver but this post pandemic negligence and lack of service in what should be a good mid-range business hotel is unacceptable. I expect this from a random motel, not a Hilton property.

We liked the close proximity to Twelve Oaks Mall and to favorite dining chains. Staff were welcoming and cheerful upon check in. We did notice that the second day that laundry was put out into the hall on the floor. Piles of wet dirty towels and linens did not keep the air or optics clean and tidy. We did observe that only one person was assigned to cleaning , while a second was assigned to gather the dirty linens from the hallways. Our observation is that the Hotel staff are great, but grossly under staffed especially for a weekend.
More likely to stay somewhere else next time.

My daughter and I just returned from a weekend in Detroit. The main purpose was to go to the Detroit Institute of Art but we also wanted to shop at Twelve Oaks Mall so we chose this hotel. We were very happy and would stay again. Close to the mall and also lots of plazas nearby with stores, restaurants, etc. Hotel room clean, quiet and safe. We tried the breakfast the first morning and the selection and food quality was very good.Will definitely stay again. Tr

Property was fine. Came on a Sunday so bar and restaurant were closed. Nowhere in the reservation process did it state that. I would’ve gone somewhere else had I known that. Need to replace mattress.

The dinner menu in my room stated that served 5pm to, I think, 10pm. I arrived back to Hotel at 5:45 and went to the dinner area but it was dark and no one in the area. Even the bar area was dark and again no one is the area. Luckily I had brought some snacks with me so I had some chips and a couple of cookies for dinner. Breakfast was also served late due to staff being late. Will look for a different hotel next year.
