The Wi-Fi was absolutely terrible. The only place that I could pick up Wi-Fi was in the bathroom in my room.
Pillows were so small I needed for just to make up the size of a normal pillow.
The hotel smelled like cigarette smoke despite being non-smoking, and I heard a dog consistently barking throughout my stay.

Nice, quiet and clean. Good bedding. Needs basic maintenance care. Paint peeling in bathroom and rusting fixtures. Easy fix now. Will get worse. Cheap to fix too. Great affordable option forgeries on the cheap.

The only good things were the bed (comfortable) and the breakfast. The bedspread and shower curtain were filthy. On arrival, the main lobby bathroom had feces on the toilet. When we brought it to their attention, we were told someone will clean it tomorrow

Room sheets dirty, smart tv but no WiFi for it, phone in room but didn’t work, shower head broken. When asked person downstairs was given a sorry answer that the windows mess things up. Was told someone couldn’t fix the shower because their backs were hurting. Would not recommend.

Very nice cozy room for two. The bed was excellent, the room was very well maintained and clean, the shower was wonderful and the TV was great. Morning breakfast was excellent, spotlessly clean and very well stocked and attended to. The staff were all excellent, friendly and on top of things.

Walked into our and stuck to the floors. Absolutely filthy and sticky! Used a wipe I had packed to try to wipe up the floor and decided I would need a whole container of wipes to do any good. Went to front desk, showed them pictures and they gave us a new room. That room was not much better, carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed in some time and missing a smoke detector.

Friendly staff, decent breakfast & reasonably priced. Facility needs some maintenance e.g. one elevator is out of service. The other elevator the floor displays don't work, some carpet stains, vanity bulb is out & dripping tub faucet.

When first walked in the room, did smell like smoke. The shower was not as hot took a luke warm shower. Other than that it was comfortable

Letting you know this is a pet-friendly Hotel. We had a room next to a barking dog so we asked for another room that didn't have dogs in and around our room. We were accommodated without any issues. The tub was very gritty like sand. The room was very clean and tidy.

Room was 81 degrees when we checked in, smoke alarm had the battery missing, exposed wires in the bathroom light fixture, bath didn’t drain. Would not recommend at all.

Outdated, old hotel. Beds are about as cheap as can be for a hotel. Not up to my standards, the photos of the hotel are definitely taken from great angles or are old pictures. Will not stay here again, although it's a good hotel for a single overnight stay...just not really the best for a few days.

We had to switch rooms 3 times because they were so dirty. 3rd one was not the best either but we needed to rest. I have pics of how nasty the rooms were. Would never recommend this place to stay at

We had a service dog with us.. not only did they ask for a pet fee, but also argued about seeing her documentation. Stated that it was management that required it.
Outlets didn’t work in some areas, bathroom was dirty. Staff was not friendly

I stayed at this hotel for 5 days. During that 5 days I asked for room service twice and it never happened. Otherwise, great place to stay. Friendly staff. Will stay again if the room service issue is fixed.

They were flexible with our change of plans. They missed cleaning the room when requested. The hair dryer in the room did not work

Terry Lyn was present the entire time of our 2 night stay. She is hard working, kind and very helpful. Her friendly, welcoming attitude is a rarity these days. She gets a 10 out of 10 from us!

Our stay was ok. Check in was alot longer than we would have liked. In the middle of checking in the attendant took a phone call that was at least 10 minutes so we were standing there waiting. Good service would have put the call on hold till we were completely checked in. And could have been a little friendlier so that was a put off. The room was ok. TV was difficult to navigate. Breakfast ok. For one night it was ok but dont think wed stay longer.

It was way too expensive. The room was very small. The hairdryer didn’t work. It was a sketchy place to stay.

We paid for two queen bed and ended up with a king and a sofa bed. Then they copped an attitude when we complained. We were charged for the two queens and received no refund for their error.

very clean, took awhile to find the thermostat for the room (on wall behind TV), had a lot of trouble with the TV & remote, some flies in bathroom but very clean bedroom and sink area, very quiet, nice free breakfast
