This hotel did what we needed it to. It was a quick place to lay our heads. It got a bit noisy at night but we were on the ground floor.

Great visit

They never cleaned our room until the last night on a 4 night stay, was there from Tuesday to Saturday, never changed the towel, we had to call every evening after getting in at 10 pm at night, from 930 am leaving, we requested our room to be cleaned everyday. Every night no clean room, and the last night they made the beds but didn’t change the sheets. We ate in the bed and residue was left on the sheets from eating and they just flipped over the pillow. This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced

We stay at your site facility 4 days . The first day the cleaning staff docked on our door as we was getting ready to leave. We told them to give us one minute. The staff went next door and we knocked on the door and told them that they can come in it’s was less than 2 minutes, the lady replied you need to call the desk. We told the desk manager as we left and she said she will take care of it. We return about 10 pm after leaving at 930 am and the room was not cleaned, and we also asked for fresh towels . The next morning the same routine and we got the same response no clean room and not towels. I went to the desk that night and the male black stated that we don’t clean rooms every day unless you requested for the service, and I stated to him that we did and said he will notate it in the computer. The 3 night they made the bed no clean towels and didn’t not change the lined on the bed, caused we waste ate chip and it was still on the sheets we returned the 3rd night. And my air conditioner wasn’t working the first night, it was muggy . The was dealing with a death of a family member and this didn’t make things better

The staff was very polite, knowledgeable, and attentive. The lobby and rooms were very clean. I would stay again.

This place was just fine. Not great, but not bad. It was clean and felt safe, but the beds were hard and the door latches were difficult, which led to a lot of door slamming.

Overall good experience but could use some updating.

Overall a Mid Luxury feel. The decor is classy and sleek. Great for corporate clients and families.

I had a gas week situation in my house and I called them last minute and Rod was absolutely amazing! Moreover the entire staff were wonderful as well. I now have a home away from home should I need them in the future. THANK YOU all so much for a such hospitable stay.

My stay was good

The lobby staff was extremely courteous and professional, 5 stars They only cleaned the room and changed the towels once during my 6-night stay. The room was marginally clean when i arrived. I am bald and do not have a long or blonde hair on my body. But those hairs were stuck to the wall of the shower and the sink. When i walked around the room in my socks, I'd find long blonde hairs stuck in them. Also there were cobwebs hanging over the other bed. 2 stars

Filthy everywhere on The property

Dawn was very nice at check-in. The pool.was closed however no one said anything and it was 98 degrees. The property needs some renovation which Dawn said they were getting ready to do. The outside door on the side we were staying on would not close so anyone could have walked in...

Overall great experience. The woman at the front desk at check-in was absolutely delightful! Unfortunately, I do not remember her name, I don’t think I ever got it. She was very helpful. She was very patient as I tried to locate my Bonvoy account. after being on the road for 14 hours, she made it a wonderful beginning to our night stay

It was ok. Ok for one night. It is easily noticeable that it is an older Marriott property. Did read the “patio” is just dirt out the back door. That is very accurate! Found various hair like fibers stuck in the towels and seemed like there were hairs left over in the shower - by the ceiling?!?! Not sure how that’s even possible but they were missed when the bathroom was cleaned. Unsure if the ceiling was moldy or just repainted poorly…Probably wouldn’t stay again but it was convenient for the Truist Stadium.

It was fine. I think the Bistro prices for dinner are on the high side since it is really not anything that is put together. But it was for one night, acceptable.

"Patio" was dirt on concrete slab. Sofa is very uncomfortable, but looks nice. Bathroom & towels were nice. Bed was comfortable.
