Great stay and service

The hotel beds were infested with bed bugs. My great aunt woke up with bites all over her!

Staff were very pleasant. I was greeted by Mya and Adema who were helpful and courteous. Breakfast was also very good. I would recommend.

I loved the staff who greeted me and helped me out. I had a cleaned up room with clean towels, linens, and had the travel toiletries. Here's the thing, the hotel is under renovations, which I didn't know before I booked the hotel. The gym was down, and I specifically got this hotel because of the location, cost, and gym, so I ended up walking up and down the stairs 15 times for my workout that evening. The provided breakfast did not have any yogurt, oatmeal, or fresh fruit, which is what I was planning on eating because that's typically what is at almost every hotel breakfast. I had breakfast at 6:40-6:50 when they opened the breakfast area at 6:30. I had seen that they had one yogurt in the fridge the night before, so I guess that they just didn't restock it. Instead of the fruit and yogurt or oatmeal, I had some scrambled eggs (seemed to be powdered eggs) and what they told me was a turkey sausage patty. It works. Overall, I liked the hotel. I didn't like how the halls and my room were over 75 degrees when I got in there, I couldn't close the blackout curtains so I had to close them with a pants hanger, and the caulking around the tube had mold on it. They have recently painted all of the walls so paint splotches were on the toilet. That's fine. Stuff happens. My drain was very slow and took over 30 minutes to drain, but I texted them about it and they said that they'd look into it. I'd stay here again, but for a lower rate because it didn't have what I needed.

The building was obviously older and in need of renovation. Our sink stopper didn’t work. Housekeeping took our used towels but didn’t replace them. I had to ask for more. The bed was so close to the ac unite that my husband had to craw down the bed to get to the bathroom. The staff was amazing! We were greeted every time we left or returned. They even took our picture when we were dressed to go to our granddaughter’s wedding. I can’t brag on them enough.

This hotel is located right off a major street. Pleanty of food options. Chose this hotel due to the proximity of our function.

There were ants in the bathroom. Water damage in the ceiling not clean. Hairs everywhere

Great location, clean and the breakfast was good

The staff was extremely accommodating, the updating of the hotel was much nicer than a year ago when I stayed there. Bravo!

While the front desk person, BaDeebha was pleasant and responsive to concerns, there was a musty smell in my room with a bathtub that looked like it just came from target practice at a gun range. BaDeebha was kind and concerned enough to switch me to another room, unfortunately, it was next door to the same room with the previous musty smell. Was told I would get a refund for my stay, but haven't as of yet 5 days later.

The clerk that works between the hours of 2 to 10 p.m. was an excellent representative of the company face if it were true. I booked reservation for a couple of days did not telephone to confirm reservations since Expedia took my money. Supervisor state you book through Expedia and if you don’r call to confirm your room becomes available to sell again. Your room has been booked and nothing is available. Then states had you booked through us it would have still been available. Then says I’m going to give you a room a handicap room then I said ok. I need a room for a couple of hours to sleep then I will be leaving. The then tells me of another room I agree, but no refund because it is none refundable for both days you purchased. I go the the room it smells turn on the air leave out return still smell look up at ceiling it has stains from leakage. My husband and daughter naps on couch and chair leaves out at 4:00 to return home. Poor decision to stay at hotel I regret deeply… I only stay because other places were booked and we only were in town for our child to move into dorm

It was probably my favorite hotel stay I can remember having. Adeebah was especially helpful anytime I had a request. I would and actually already have recommended it to a friend.

It was relaxing for what I needed. I need to relax again. Please give me a good deal. The will not let me use my Wyndham rewards. Thanks.

The counter lady did a wonderful job in making myself and another guest very welcome.

Cleanliness of room.

Nothing really stood out. Things were clean enough and the bed was nice

A/C didn’t work in the first room they had us in and then the TV didn’t get channels in the second room. The built in outlet in the lamp base also didn’t work.

Excellent customer service from front desk

We were only there for one night but it was very clean and the staff very friendly. Only problem I had was I was told I would get my safety deposit back and I didn’t. Would like some feed back on that.

Our stay was for one night but the hotel was nice. The staff at the front was super friendly and helpful. She was able to recommend a great place to eat supper. We would stay there again.

Everyone was very nice and Courteous. The room was nice and the water pressure was amazing. The air conditioning unit didn't work very well but everything else was very pleasant.
