I've stayed here a few times because I have family in the Dublin/Powell area. Definitely recommend it! The staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms clean and comfortable. Love the Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries. I also like the proximity to village of Dublin and have jogged there from the hotel several times in the morning. No complaints at all during my August visit!

Nice accommodations, great bar. Our room was as far away from the lobby as possible so quite the hike! But location was convenient for our visit with family in Dublin area

I didn’t realize that we would have to pay for breakfast ($11.99 for continental!). Also; both mornings I went down for coffee (at 7:00 AM- not unreasonable) there was none. If I’m paying that amount of money to stay in a hotel, I’d like there to be coffee when I go down.
The room was clean, and the hotel was nice. The front desk associates were not very friendly.

The TV kept losing the signal. Reported it twice. Housekeeper insisted on cleaning the room at 9am Asked her to come back on 10 minutes as we were getting ready to leave, did not understand us and came in anyways to empty garbage and pick up towels.

We really enjoyed this Hotel. The area was beautiful and conveniently located near shopping. The rooms were very clean and the front desk staff were all pleasant. I was especially pleased with the bartender, Renee. She was so kind, friendly and personable .

Arrived late at night for a day at the zoo the next day. Was quickly greeted by a person at the desk and handed a key to our room so our toddler could get to bed. Parking was easy since they had a giant parking lot.

Overall, good stay in nice and safe area.
But cleaning service was so so. (Shower booth & toilet were not cleaned, and seems the carpet was not vacuumed - piece of paper remained on floor)

We stayed 3 nights and neve had our room cleaned,The lotion was completely empty when we checked in. Breakfast staff was great.

Housekeeping doesn’t speak English so please make sure to keep your door safe and locked with the extra tool at the top of the door because someone walked in on us when we were sleeping. Other than that our experience was pretty good! Scott was a little rude when I called down just to check if there was a reason why they would come in our room before check out time… but the other staff members were nice!
