Our stay was great. Excellent room and everything we needed on property. Quick walk over to Disney Springs. Great pool with lazy river. Great family friendly hotel

This is by far our favorite hotel in the area! It’s a Disney good neighbor hotel as well which is also a huge plus! We love staying here! Our kids call it their second home!

Room is fine. Place is decently nice. Location is great. I had a do not disturb sign on my room and room service banged on my door 1.5 hours before check out telling me I need to check out now so they can clean. I said check out is at 11am and she threw her hands up at me. The front desk gave the most generic cookie cutter response and took no action. If you’re looking to pay for a room and be kicked out early book here. If you want a better experience pick about any other hotel in the area. I’m over at the other Hilton now and it’s far superior.

So I’m usually very pleased with this hotel and have given it rave reviews because of its proximity to Disney springs and general amenities. I am a passholder to a park and stay there almost every visit to Orlando. That being said… this trip was no bueno. I contacted the hotel prior to my arrival to ask if they had any packages to prep a room for a celebration. I just got engaged. The answer was a thoughtless no. Could care less. I get there and check in to a mobility friendly room. The shower was one of those that had a hand held feature. The problem was it was broken, leaking and only faced the wall. Furthermore, the toilet made a terrible screeching sound for minutes after flushing. I contacted the front desk and they said they couldn’t change my room at all and would send someone within half an hour. At 11pm. I’m like forget it I’m tired. The next morning I go to the front desk and show them videos of the room so then they decide they magically have a room available to switch me. I was checking out the next morning so would only be in the new room one night. If there’s one thing that I think is TACKY is when room service bangs on the door hours before checkout. I felt rushed and disrespected after the room fiasco. They took off the self parking charges for the trouble, but still charged me. I’m irritated to be honest. I always stay here, but man this experience was really bad.

The digital key is a great idea but we came in after dark and it was impossible to find where to park, to find our building and room and to navigate the hotel....the air con was on arctic blast, the sheets smelled like bleach and the beds were incredibly uncomfortable

I had the chance to get a great view from my balcony. The price paid goes according to the service. Ill definitely do it again.

The mistake was mine—I thought I booked at the Hilton Lake Buena Vista, but turns out I ended up at the Hilton Lake Burna Cista Palace, which is definitely no palace. I even upgraded to a room with a view, hoping it would soften the blow of my error, but nope, didn’t help. Long story short, I won’t be making this mistake again—the difference in experience and cleanliness between the two places is like night and day.

Wonderful place, great location. Disney springs shopping is about a 15 to 25 minute walk depending on your speed. The room was spacious with an awesome balcony over looking the area (I faced I-4 and the large pond) and a ceiling fan. The room service was good and fairly quick. There are several restaurant/ lounges available and a game room for the kids. Very awesome stay, and if I visit orlando again, I would consider staying here again if possible.

We choose this hotel 95% of the time we are in Orlando, and once in a while, this hotel is our only destination. The lazy river is amazing, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the food is delicious, too! We love the breakfast options at Citricos - breakfast bowl is always a hit!

Connecting doors made a lot of noise. People speaking in the next room all night.

Very large rooms, the grab and go eatery is convenient and has high quality food, but the best and I mean the best part was the pool and lazy river. Too notch! Already planning my next visit.

Property is amazing.. Had some issues with billing, but will get those worked out. Also asked for water in the room each day and didn't receive them. Self parking is a hike to lobby area, spend the extra on valet. Not a bad experience, I'll def be back

booked a 11 night stay and had to check out after night 1. We had to change rooms after electrical fittings were hanging from wall sockets and the carpet was wet. Moved us to another room where the room was dated, with furntiture with all the wood chipped away. The room smelled mouldy also there was a extra large vent that when you turn off the aor con still blew out cold air. In the Morning I drew the curtains to find an spiders web the length of the door, which says that room hadnt been cleaned for a long time and also there was a spider living in there. Theres more but i will leave it there.

Loved the Hilton. We usually stay at the Wyndham near Disney Springs for a night or 2 before we head to our timeshare because we like being able to walk to Disney Springs. Next trip we will book at Hilton. Loved the pool area.

Poor exterior lighting. Pothole infested parking, ( for which I paid $25 plus tax per day.). There was even an orange cone placed inside one large pothole. The resort is on a hill and, of course, to park you need to walk up and down the hill to get to your car. Not bad if you are in your 30’s and in good shape. We also paid an additional $39 resort fee. The noise was extreme. The door to the rooms slam every time you close them, ( even when trying to quietly close them. We call it the palace of slamming doors. The place is clean. The staff is friendly, but most of them don’t speak English.
