Who ever works at the front disk They r so rude U can’t even ask any questions or for any help And the charge me twice for the room

Hotel was connected to another property making entry to rooms somewhat inconvenient.

good enough for one night. discounts were nice! light bulb was not working in my room.

This hotel is nicely located right in the beach. The only issue we had was their "elevator" was in the next connecting hotel as well as the free breakfast-on the third floor.

While this property needs updating, it is convenient, comfortable, safe, and a very friendly staff. This property is close to everything in Mackinaw City. Breakfast is included in the hotel next door. Pool was a plus. Would stay there again.

Property was clean could use some updates lots of cobwebs everywhere. The property has a walkway to the beach which was a disaster, dirty and abandoned. It looked like it was a place maybe they use to serve continental breakfast but they did nothing with it. They could clean it up take the doors off and make it a breezeway or something. We didn’t like that the lobby was closed and no one was there till 7am and we had to go to next hotel for coffee and breakfast The private beach could use some maintenance and organizing the tables and chairs as well as the little picnic area (deck) with tables was full of spiders and cobwebs. All in all was a convenient place to stay for the downtown area quick walk to everywhere the staff (cleaning people) were very pleasant and helpful when we needed supplies

Pool and hottub were great- good breakfast- clean older hotel- staff was friendly and accommodating

Our room was very nice. The breakfast buffet was very nice and the location and beach behind it were great.

A very nice hotel, walkable to the downtown area shops and restaurants. Nearby hiking was easily accessible.

Great beach front property. We watched the fireworks from our balcony off the water!

The air conditioner in the room barely worked it was over 80* outside. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The pool and hot tub were dirty with dead bugs, grime, etc. we paid over $500 for 2 nights and expected way better.

This entire property is dirty and poorly maintained. The rooms are very old and in need of updating, not just for esthetics but also for a cleaner room. Bedding is disgusting. We did not stay and left only an hour after arrival.

Nice costumer service

The room smells old. The carpet needs to be shapooed.There was a big spider inside the room.You have to check in to a different hotel which is weird. For the location i think the property can do better

Check in was great but the room was not clean, jacuzzi tub was broke, there was a spider in the tub, change still on the floor and the blacket had blood stains. We had our own blankets from home luckily that we were able to use. Very disappointed and complete waste of our money, just sad as it was a trip with my child that had to stay in this room too.

Very cool layout. Would like to go back again and stay in one of the rooms that are beachside. The indoor pool was ok. The beach was so nice! Room was clean. I wish they put actual blankets on the beds but this seems to be a thing at hotels now. Hot breakfast we had with our stay was ok. Had pancakes, waffles, eggs, etc. When we checked in the person was not very friendly but the lady who checked us out was super nice! They had some discounts on ferry prices and some restaurants.

Although the staff and lakeside view were awesome the rooms and bathrooms were not clean enough. There was a lot of insects like mosquitos and spiders inside the frame of the pictures hanging on the wall, rugs were dirty, bathrooms had hair left.

This is definitely an older hotel. (Most in Macinaw are) it was very clean. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great location right on the beach and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. You do have To use the elevator in the adjoining hotel but we only needed it to get our luggage to and from the car. After that the stairs are convenient. I would recommend this hotel for the all around experience.

We didn’t like that they have combined 2 hotels now during breakfast time , which is from 7:30am to 9:0am It’s so overcrowded and you have to stay in long lines to wait to get coffee or food. They used to have it downstairs on the first floor and it was an easy access to the beach , so you can sit outside and have your breakfast . It is located on the third floor and we had to go the other hotel building every morning just to have that breakfast .

The hotel was nice and in a great location. Loved sitting out on the balcony overlooking the water. Beds were super comfortable. The only negatives were the lack of an elevator, you had to go to the hotel next door to use their elevator, and with neuropathy, it was hard doing the stairs. Also, when we were down to the last couple of towels, I pulled one and there was an old pizza napkin in between the clean towels, so apparently, they hadn't been changed out when the room was previously cleaned. Otherwise, our stay was pleasant.

Everything was perfect as I expected, I will come back again to the same hotel very nice staff excellent service reasonable price

Beautiful beach front property. Pool looked nice but didn't use it. A little dated but overall no complaints.

Easy parking

The front desk staff was very nice. Great location, rooms had balcony with view of lake and beach. Our AC was very noisy, but was able to sleep with earplugs.
