Lovely hotel with excellent restaurants. Many gluten free options available. Room was fantastic with a beautifully comfortable bed. Hotel across the road for the Hop on Hop off bus, which is a great way to see Singapore if you haven’t been here. Hotel situated in the city centre so a $15 taxi ride anywhere, so convenient. Highly recommend the hotel.

The service and staff were exceptional. Met all of our needs and were so kind always. We always felt like a priority. The room itself was big enough and clean. The hotel is a little outdated but nothing to be upset over, nor was it a huge deal. Breakfast was delicious and the breakfast staff went over and above to share the different laksa type dishes with me. Very accomodating to my almost 2 year old daughter and nothing was ever too hard.

We arrived for a day in Singapore after 35 hours of travel. We decided to try the Four Seasons hotel. I had e-mail conversations with the hotel guest relations, as through Expedia, as I couldn’t book directly through the hotel. I was told that I should have booked an extra day as we arrived at 8:00 am to the hotel and check in is 3:00 pm. I explained upon our return, we’d be at the hotel for a maximum of 7 hours, so they’d more than make up the difference by giving us a room sooner. I also told her every other hotel in Singapore had been gracious about letting us have a room earlier. We arrived and they gave us a room. It was very moldy upon entrance. It hadn’t been used for a while and the air conditioning hadn’t been on. The shower was quite moldy, too. We left very early for Flores Island. On the plane, my husband realized he’d left his very costly platinum and black pearl, vario necklace on the table or on the stand under the TV. As soon as we were able, we contacted the hotel. After checking, they said it wasn’t there. When told the value, the manager became involved. He asked for photos with it on my husband. He suggested it fell off. It has no clasp. Everything deflected from the possibility that one of his staff could have taken it. There were only 2 people that could have done it, the person making sure we hadn’t stolen or the cleaner. We asked about security cameras. It was too grainy to see anything. I'm shocked it could happen at the Four Seasons!

Service was amazing as would be expected at Four Seasons. The breakfast buffet dining room actually had the worst service. It was notably, unattentive and slow. Beds and rooms are super comfortable. The room decor is a tad outdated, but with the amazing service and amazing comfort, you hardly notice.

The people are amazing. Via email we were off to a bit of a rough start, but they more than made up for it. The check in is 3:00 pm, but they gave us access to our room at 7:30 am, when we arrived extremely tired. It was beyond appreciated. The restaurant for breakfast is amazing. The service and food is beyond reproach. My only issue was the smell of mold in the room, as it hadn’t been used and there is much humidity. The staff and their kindnesses more than compensated for it.

The Four Seasons Singapore is one of the great hotels of the world. Exemplary service and wonderful location.

Multiple restaurants on the property including Nobu, amazing service as per usual for Four Seasons and close to shopping and the botanical gardens.

We were fortunate enough to be up graded to an executive 1 BR suite for our 1 night staycation. The toilets upon first inspection is a little dated, but upon close inspection they were Grohe fits and specklessly clean. Reception service was also top notched, the staff were well prepared for our arrival and efficiency and quiet elegance was the theme. A short walk to Wheelock place and from there connected to orchard. It was perfect.

Wonderful all-around experience. Highly recommend if you are visiting Singapore. Great location and great staff and great hotel.

The hotel was fabulous. The room was beautiful and serviced every day quickly. The restaurants and bars are also fabulous. Friendly staff who always wanted to help in any way. The only thing is the Club Room Lounge. It is very small an beause it is near the pool it does not feel like a special place and too quite. We opted to have breakfast in the One Ninety Restaurant every morning. Other hotels we have stayed at in the Club Room Lounges have been on a separate floor and very large and busy. However this would not stop us from staying at the hotel
