Such a great location to stay. The room was clean and comfortable and the partial ocean view was appreciated.

We absolutely loved our stay in this hotel. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a high level floor which was very greatly appreciated and made such a difference to our stay. We will pay for this upgrade if we stay there again as the view was wonderful. The hotel was spotlessly clean and every member of staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely. The beds were very comfortable and the large bottles of toiletries in the bathroom and wide selection of teas and coffees in the mini bar made a nice change to what has been available in other hotels we’ve stayed in. We ordered room service for dinner, something we have never done before, so that we could enjoy the view from the balcony. The prices were cheaper than a lot of restaurants and the meals were delicious, delivered promptly, and exactly as ordered. The buffet breakfast was included in our package and had a large selection of cold and freshly cooked items. There’s nothing I would change about our stay at the Crowne Plaza, except maybe to stay an extra night.

Whenever I visit Broadbeach I stay at Crowne Plaza. Like the property and staff are always receptive and polite. Next month October four nights I believe. Country Music Groundwater.

Breakfast is great, they make omelettes to order which are amazing.

Our one-night staycation was relaxing and enjoyable. The ocean view was beautiful and the tram was extremely close. Kunal, the Manager, checked us in, and gave us amazing service. The breakfast buffet was really good, plenty of choice, excellent service and worth the price. Crown Plaza is definitely worth visiting again, and we highly recommend staying.

Staff were excellent at checkin, very friendly. Room service was nice and reasonably priced. Checkout at 11am is great. The hotel itself is dated and I guess that’s reflected in the price of the stay. Beds are reasonably comfortable. Linen is good, nice and soft. Water blasts from the taps and sprays everywhere. Street noise outside is very loud. There was an awful smell in the reception area. The wallpaper is peeling off the walls at the lift area. The bottom Carpark lighting is not well lit and I didn’t feel safe getting out of the car late at night returning to the property. We still enjoyed staying here. Brekky downstairs is handy when staying for events. The beach is just down the road, the pool area is spacious. And it’s close to where we need to go and avoids the traffic.

Everything was excellent, except the pool. It was very cold.

Good hotel

We were there for a quiet, romantic evening and dining. The room next to us was occupied by three children potentially adjoining parents in next room. Our room was a corner suite, but the noise was unbearable. The children were running in the hallways and repeatedly slamming doors and riding elevator.

Horizon Sky Dining is excellent. Tram just outside property. Beach a short walk.

Check in lady very friendly and helpful. Room was good only problem shower took a bit to get the correct temperature and mot alot of pressure

Our stay was for 4 nights, the breakfast was amazing and the pool & spa was a hit. Best helpful staff made our stay great

The only thing was the pull out bed wasn’t suitable for my son i think next time i get a family room

I love staying at the Crowne Plaza, Surfers Paradise. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The bed is comfortable and spacious bathroom. The buffet breakfast is excellent. I highly recommend this property and will be back.

This is a decent hotel if you can get a good price. The decor and property are a bit dated and basic. However, it’s clean and centrally located. It’s not on the water or beach so don’t expect that.

Perfect or a short stay

Great place to stay, close to everything. Even gave me a free room upgrade.

Good breakfast, Nice hotel and beautiful garden & pool But; Slow in customer service and very basic room. The TV screen was very poor quality. The water for the shower was either too hot or too cold, not in between. Heater was not working either in the room.

Tried contacting the hotel numerous times the morning of arrival to gather further information without any luck.. Checking in @ 1pm - 2 staff only managing reception. We wanted to park vehicle on site and leave straight away. I advised I had attempted calling numerous times, prior to arriving, was told a busy check-out. Not sure how or what happen at 3pm at check in time.. that evening attempted again to call reception again around 9pm - 3rd time they answered.. the king bed was terrible and left fatigued rather the refreshed.. ask about Breakfast on check in - the place is known for it’s revolving restaurant. I was told to GO UP to the restaurant in the morning provide room number - they don’t do breakfast.. was a horrible experience this time around .. after attending a wedding during the day , a nice comfortable bed wasn’t waiting .. probably won’t return. Service and standard have deteriorated.. stay here many times prior.

Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Enjoyed the stay and will be back.
