Didn't nail it. No hot tub, sauna was broken. Issues with the meal at dinner (server was amazing though and definitely took care of the issues, but still). No pillow and blanket for the pull out, and took 2+ hours for them to show up when requested. Main bed wasn't fully made when we checked in, and one of the TVs in the room was broken.
Its a nice looking hotel in a good spot, they just did not nail it.

The sheets on the king bed would not stay fitted on the mattress. They were to small. The shower drain was slow filling the floor with water while you showered

The staff on Friday eve was awful. They were rude during check in. And then late that night I called 3 times for bedding for sofa bed waiting almost an hour. I finally went to front desk to get them.When I got there at almost 11pm the same staff from earlier simply pulled them from a room next to front desk and pulled them on to me. They were not busy at all and one of them could have clearly taken the bedding up to my room. Was so unprofessional to say the least and certainly not customer service. Then they did not even tell housekeeping that I’d picked up my own bedding as that person came by 15 minutes later with bedding I no longer needed. Just a miserable experience. We are from Akron and come in once we year to visit our parents graves. We have stayed with you the past several years My sisters and I will no longer and will find another suites hotel. I will say that the restaurant waitress who waited on us during a surprise birthday celebration earlier on Friday eve was wonderful.

Beautiful setting and well maintained. My only input would be it's probably time for a mattress change on the sleeper sofa and extra pillows and a blanket for the sleeper sofa would be nice.

The hotel staff wad friendly and very helpful. The room was comfortable and well maintained. The one area that was not greatbwas the restaurant. We had probably our worst ever dining experience. The food was very unpleasant as was the service l, so my advice is to eat elsewhere so you enjoy your stay. There are restaurants with great ambiences just a few blocks down the street.

I was in town with my daughter so I booked a room that had a couch and a bed. My daughter was going to sleep on the couch but they left no blanket of sheet for the second person. We went down to the front desk and asked for an extra blanket or at least a sheet. They said they had none and ran out at 3am the night before. There was no bedding available for a paid guest! I have never heard of that. I complained at the front desk and they really could care less.

We loved this hotel! We had a 2 bedroom room with a balcony. Had no idea it was a 2 level room so it was nice we were able to spread out. Previous reviews mentioned the hotel being dirty and outdated. Not the case in our opinion! It may not be brand new and in pristine condition, but it is clean and well maintained. The staff everywhere was friendly and wonderful, the food at breakfast and dinner was really good, and the location was perfect. We wished we could have extended our stay another night, but will definitely stay again!!

The view from the hotel is beautiful but our room was run down and out of date. The only outlet in the bathroom did not work and was not repaired during our stay. The refrigerator in the room was leaking and was repaired during our stay. You are paying for the view not the quality of the room. Staff was friendly but will not stay there again.

Have stayed at this hotel many times and I feel that the rooms are getting dated. Also we booked a suite for three people and as always there are never enough towels or this time bedding in the room. Called to get this taken care of and it took over two hours for the things to arrive!!! Attention to detail is everything!!! Do better Sheraton!! Your rooms are expensive and so is breakfast. A little more service would be great!!!

The bed was comfy… The staff is really nice… Definitely take the rock elevator down to the river and check that out… Lots of great places to eat within walking distance. There is a freeway across the river, so if noise bothers you, it could be an issue, but the river is pretty and the location of the hotel a place I would return to… We stayed here when we went to the Dave Matthews concert at Blossom…

We stayed here while going to see a concert at the Blossom Center and it was a great experience. We ate in the bar area and had a drink before and it was really easy to Uber to the music venue. Gorgeous river views and Comfy beds too!

I have been wanting to stay at this hotel for a long time and finally had the opportunity to do so. The location along the falls is amazing! However, I was disappointed by the condition of the hotel. They are in the process of much needed renovations and updates. The bottom of our tub has chips and stains. Our lampshade was broken. The carpet was not laid correctly and tightened, instead it had rolls in it. I am hoping that all of these things and more are part of the updates they are making.
