Nice clean place close to plenty of food choices, nature parks, and Blossom music center. Employees were helpful and friendly.

Very clean hotel. Pleasant staff.. Loved it

It was a very easy check in with the staff, they were very courteous. Very nice rooms, clean hallways, spotless bathroom. They had a very good breakfast in the morning within a few miles of the blossom music festival.

Check in was super quick and easy. The room was very clean upon arrival and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The bed and pillows were super comfy and I’m really picky about that because of back problems. The breakfast was pretty decent. There are several good restaurants close by. And we also loved how close it was to Blossom Music Center. We would definitely stay again if ever back in the area.

Did not feel or see much police presence.

Upon checking in, there was a person visible from the counter who did not greet us and walked away. We had to wait for the next person (perhaps shift change) to help check us in. Mentioned that we needed help with the EV charger, she said she would come look at it with us and did not. The room had clumps of hair, unknown liquids on the wall, and was improperly cleaned. This was quite gross. At breakfast, would recommend either dishes or at least recyclable dishwear. Currently this is styrofoam.

We stayed a week with our dog while visiting Cuyahoga NP. The room was good sized and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a good mixture of hot items with a yogurt bar and the usual toast an bagels and sweet options. The grounds were very nice with lots of space to walk the dog. The laundry was free...a great bonus. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect! Check-in was very fast, and I got all the useful info I needed by the very nice lady at the desk! The room was clean, smelled good and had a little kitchen area. The beds and pillows were super comfy! So far I’ve stayed in several Staybridge Suites hotels and was always very pleased by the service and the rooms!

Nice location but as soon as we entered our room there’s this stuffy stale odor through out the room. Even after disinfecting it with Lysol the odor still lingers. The dishwasher was full of dishes and the bathtub was filthy.

This was a very nice place to stay. The breakfast buffet was tasty and had a good variety. The hotel room was clean and updated. I would stay here again.

So so stay. Carpet ànd couch needed cleaning. Bathroom did not have an exhaust fan. Soap and shampoo dispensers not filled daily. Exercise room clean but no hand sanitizer or wipes to clean equipment.

We would not hesitate to stay there again if in the area.

This is always one of our favorite hotel brands to stay at. We like the separate bedroom and full kitchen option. Our kitchen didn’t have silverware, so I’m not sure where I get that from. Had other dishes to use though. I did complain about mold in our bathroom. The exhaust fan wasn’t working. There was mold on the ceiling. Mold on the tub faucet and around the bathroom door. We stayed for four days and no one came to fix it. I’m sure it’s still like that today. it looks like it had been there a while already. I will say the staff is very friendly and helpful! They really do make the stay worthwhile. The breakfast attendant was extremely helpful. I was there with a broken arm and sprained ankle and she really went out of her way to make sure I could carry everything and be able to serve myself. The breakfast every morning was meh! Standard waffle station. Nothing really exciting for breakfast. I do like that the hotel is close to the highway and a lot of choices for restaurants and shopping. The room itself was OK. The beds were comfortable enough. My back didn’t hurt when I woke up so that’s a major plus. The indoor pool was clean, except for little items people left behind. The pool towels are a little on the smaller side, so be warned. It may not cover you fully. We also used the laundry room facilities. I love that the washer and dryer were free! Some of the appliances weren’t working properly or were broken/missing. But I still appreciate free laundry! Would stay again.

Friendly staff, okay breakfast, stellar 'social hour' featuring free wine, beer, and snacks. The outdoor space was nice. The only downfall was the barking dog in the room next to ours. The front end staff did try to contact the people in that room to get the dog to quiet down. The property is within walking distance of a coffee shop and a couple of restaurants.

I found the room comfortably spacious, and the design was contemporary and pleasing. The bed was very comfortable (though I would have enjoyed having a King sized bed). The breakfast was good. And the design of the common spaces was good

The overall stay was great. The pull out sofa was not good.

We had a very comfortable stay. The property was very clean. The only problem that we had was they had only 2 towels in our 1 bedroom queen suite. We had adults and 3 children. We asked for 3 more but they could only spare 2. So we had to take 3 from the pool area. The pool area was not clean. It was 9 before we made it to the pool. It had not been tighten up probably the whole day. Towels and trash were everywhere. Even someone's weave was left behind. Our dishwasher was full of dirty dishes(not ours) but we ran it for them the next morning.

Front desk attendant was incredibly friendly, check in was super fast, 2 bedroom suite fit our family great with a king, 2 queens and a pull out sofa. Breakfast was included and had a lot of options. Would definitely book again.

Absolutely love this hotel. One of the best I’ve stayed at. It was very clean and affordable.

Very quiet

The bed and bedding were so comfortable we didn’t want to leave. The kitchen was perfect for our needs. The room was perfect.

We had a problem and could not stay but couldn’t get a refund. If there is any way for a credit to use another time, we would be grateful

Comfortable beds!

Entered the room - air conditioning on. Turned it off, turned on heat and left to visit friends. Five hours later the room was still freezing. Ten PM so no maintenance people. No heat all night.
