My stay at this establishment was amazing! I have to say the staff was so great and helpful. They were quick to respond and ensured our stay was good. I stayed in the King suite and it was very spacious and clean! The location is great, just outside the main centre, but close enough to walk! And the walk is very nice. I would definitely be visiting his hotel again next time I’m in Florence!

Not as advertised. As of April 2024 this hotel is listed as having internet on its TVs (netflix, hulu, etc.) both in Expedia and the hilton webpage. A pretty standard amenity in 5 star hotels. This is one of the reasons we chose this hotel, but when we checked in we learned that it doesn't have this in any room. When we showed the receptionist how the listing and our reservation said it included streaming TV they just shrugged.
Also the overall quality of the hotel feels more like a 3 or 4 stars hotel. There is no one to take your luggage to your room. Elevators are the smallest Ive seen, they literally only fit 2 people, or 1 person and its luggage.

I loved the large sized room. The staff was amazingly helpful and polite. Clean and centrally located. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel, good position 10-12 minute walk from the center. Room was lovely and clean and the hotel itself had a lovely feel to it. Good breakfast and great staff.

Easy walk to river and centre of the city. Located on a quiet street away from alot of noise. Carpets and paintwork a bit shabby but generally a good place to relax.

Reception, bar and restaurant areas were top class but the room was shabby and needed painting. A lovely big bedroom but lacking in furniture and design finishes. The shower was poor, the hand-held version being the only option. The staff were excellent but the room didn't live up to the promise of the 4 stars..

Assigned me a two-level room for 3 people (me, wife and kid). Carpet was old/dirty and A/C did not work. The bedroom on the upper level got pretty warm. Could not sleep and had to change rooms at 1am. A/C in the new room also had issues and struggled to hold the temp. But definitely better than sweating through the night. Would not book here again. All hotels in this neighborhood were pricey. I guess Ill look for something a little further away on my next trip.
