Hotel staff walked in my room without knocking at 1 am. Woke me up and left when they noticed my stuff. No apologies nor any comment when i told it at the reception in the morning

The facility and room were wonderful. We enjoyed the stay here. There was a hitch, however, that the hotel double charged for breakfast although we bought a package with breakfast included option from Expedia. The hotel staff said only after check out that the breakfast was not included. But they did not tell us about this at the time of check in although it was on the confirmation slip. We don't know whose fault it is, Expedia or Sheraton. Expedia gave us back some credit but it was not full amount. Unfairly, we paid for their fault and mistake.

The hotel is clean but has an old feeling and smell to it. The breakfast room was nice overview of a fish pool and nature. Service was good. But nothing special about the place.

This hotel tried to cheat my money. They took deposit from me and then charged me again for my stay thinking I wouldn’t notice. Don’t trust the good reviews this place has gotten. Be careful before you book a stay at this place.

Complimentary parking, comfortable soaking tub, friendly staff and complimentary cake slice for my husband bday. Food is of quality too. Relax stay. Recommended.

Satisfied with the room's condition and the bed was comfy enough. Was given the highest floor and the view and sunlight were awesome. But was caught in surprise during breakfast because of the unsealed fruits jams spread being served to me! Obviously a 'recycle' concept was applied here, but should not served me the unsealed and half eaten jams spread. An unopened leftover mini fruit jam spread could possibly acceptable but during the COVID-19 period, service lines should be more proactively maintain a higher standard of hygiene level. Extremely disappointed on this item.

I am forced to wake up in the midnight due to noisy neighbors. Very unlucky?

It was good! The hotel is well maintained, toilets are clean, the facilities are great! The pool was big enough, clean, and not too crowded. The gym is adequate too (except because many equipment cannot be used due to social distancing, but understand this is to be in line with safety rules). The breakfast was not bad too, although we were not allowed to have refill of juice.
Somehow the hotel is super cold though, but better cold than stuffy!

The concierge staff was so rude, they claim that they never receive my package when I came to approach them, but a few minutes later called me in my room mentioning that they had my package. They didn't check properly which was very careless. Room service call was always busy, never have I experienced a case like so when staying at the hotel.
Also they don't serve water in their resto during breakfast, how odd is that. I think water should be pretty basic

The staff were amazing from check in to check out. Handled every request brilliantly and even when very busy at breakfast, did incredibly well.

While the room was comfortable, it smelled musty and the F&B dining service was poorly managed both for in-room and dining room.

Nice and peaceful hotel to stay in. Smiles and greetings from hotel staff everywhere. Would definitely recommend Singaporeans to go for staycations and support good hotels like this in times of coronavirus:)

It is a very great experience to stay at Sheraton Tower.

Nice they give us one mask each for the Corona virus issue over the chinese new year. Not as nice was SG$200 charge to our credit card as deposit, that is to be credited 7-14 days after our departure. Our room was prepaid and we had no additional charges, they didnt take credit card in case of incidentals but actually charged account a deposit amount, and we got no receipt of that charge. We had to call in to understand charge (with money exchange fee), and they said the credit would be within another 2 weeks. Not cool.
