I had a bed bug and the hotel staff were very concerned and worried. They immediately moved me to another room and said there would be an investigation by a 3rd party to inspect the room. Mind you at no point did I complain or raise a fit at all, I had just brought it to their attention while I was asking why they charged my credit card the full amount of my stay when I checked in instead of just the standard check in deposit fee. They apologized and realized there error and refund my card since I had already paid through hotels.com directly using my points. The next day the hotel manager called and said the report came back negative for bed bugs. I asked to see the report and they denied me. I said how is the report negative when I have pictures and video proof and it is clearly a bed bug and I had left one in the bath tub for you guys to see? He said idk that’s just what the report said. Nothing was done for me besides free. Breakfast for one morning. Not even the other 6 days I was there. No offer to waive any fees or a free 1-day stay at another time. Nothing.

This place was very nice but there was no full size body wash so I had to buy one which is inconvenient. I love how they give out waters for us especially after a day at the parks. They also have good transportation to the parks.

Beautiful remodel, beds were extra comfortable, and loved having the large suite. Staff was very helpful.

The cookies were never given to us as they were promised (not once out of 4 days), staff was very very rude, staff took our luggage cart away and never returned with it, no water given to us as promised (none in any of the 4 days), property smelled bad, so a terrible stay because of all of this.

Although the hotel has seen some renovation, the hallways need it badly, there were ceiling tiles with obvious signs of past water leaks and down to the point of mold, I am not sure that is healthy for clients.

Employees and room was fine, however the property does not have a sit down restaurant and the buses to the theme parks were very disappointing, often being late with broken AC. The property is a good 20 minute walk to Disney springs entrance gate.

A great choice when wanting to stay close to Disney Springs area. Also not a far drive from many food options and the Vineland Outlets!

Asked for cookies one day to which they responded “there won’t be any more cookies.” (This was the first time asking for a cookie after check in) 4 night stay. Additional do that I was over charged for parking a total of 8 days for a 4 night stay. They never sent me a receipt for charges I had to ask for one after seeing the charges did not add up. Charges from Expedia very different to what we ended up paying.

I stayed at this property with my mom and my toddler. The staff were helpful, the shuttle was convenient as we visited all of Disney’s main theme parks, took a short drive to the water park, Disney Springs as well as the outlets.

This was our first time staying at this resort and I was highly impressed. The staff was top notch, very friendly and helpful. I was surprised by the size of our room. It was very spacious and comfortable considering we are a family of 5. Most of the rooms at Disney resorts are small. The room was also very clean. On our first night we walked to Disney Springs, about a mile, and there were zero complaints from the kids. Definitely an easy walk! Overall I recommend this hotel and will be coming back.

Overall the stay was ok. The first two days of our stay weren't ok at all. We had an improperly running AC for the first two days during 90 degree weather period. When the engineering/ maintenance person finally took a look at the AC unit 2 different times and they confirmed it wasn't working properly the first time it was checked and they never fixed it. The extent of the inspection included restarting the AC system, that's it. They didn't offer to fix it and only provide 2 fans for the entire suite. The fans were poor quality and didn't even stand up by themselves. Thankfully the front desk tried to fix this problem by switching rooms but, late the next day. The quoted time of giving us another room was also off by over 30 minutes because they had trouble finding us a room that had probably working AC. They claimed that they hadn't received many complaints about the AC from others. They accommodated us by giving us 2 breakfast vouchers( food wasn't great definitely wasn't worth it). At checkout thankfully they waived the resort fee for the first night where we had very poor sleep due to the AC situation. There was also an additional charge on the account for the breakfast which we received vouchers for. They removed the unnecessary charge after I reviewed the tab. Besides that I feel like the stay was fine just be prepared to not get what you pay for with this"resort".

Room was very spacious but the tub was gross and neither of the tvs worked. I asked for help in the morning and still no one has come to help.

Our recent stay at the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Orlando was overall a positive experience. Situated in a prime location, the hotel offers convenient access to Orlando's major attractions while providing a comfortable retreat for guests. Upon arrival, we were greeted with the warm hospitality that Hilton is known for, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. Our suite was spacious and well-appointed, providing ample room for relaxation after a long day of exploring the city. However, it's worth noting that the cleanliness of the rooms left something to be desired. There were some areas that appeared to have been overlooked during the cleaning process. Nevertheless, we brought this to the attention of the management, and they responded promptly to address the issue. We were impressed by their professionalism and dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction. In addition to addressing the cleanliness issue, the management went above and beyond by waiving our parking and resort fees as a gesture of goodwill. This gesture further demonstrated their commitment to providing exceptional service and making our stay as enjoyable as possible. Despite the minor setback with the cleanliness of the rooms, our overall experience at the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Orlando was positive. The convenient location, comfortable accommodations, and excellent customer service make this hotel a solid choice for travelers visiting the Orlando area. We would certainly consider staying here

Everything was great except only one elevator was working during my stay. Which at times took longer to get to and from my floor.

Well located, quiet area. Two issues. Only one elevator was not enough, the other out of order and the AC in the room was extremely noisy- turned off to sleep

Property is nice. Room is spacious and clean. I had a rental stroller delivered and they lost it. They wouldn’t look for it until I asked to see their security cameras and then it magically appeared from the back room. I also have a $53 charge on my credit card from the hotel and no one can tell me why. We stayed on night.

Overall the hotel was great: loved the layout of the king suite, room and hotel was clean, bed was comfortable. However, I do feel like the hotel is taking advantage of people! Not only did I pay for my 5 night stay, but also daily resort fees. Then they charged me additional $25/day for parking! Maybe this is normal for a Disney hotel, but I have never had to pay for parking at a hotel when you stay with them (ever). I just feel like they are gouging people. I spoke with a manager about it, and that was a complete waste of time. Big corporations just dont seem to understand that it's the small, little things that thet try to squeeze out of people that drives business away. I really liked this hotel, but I wont be back.

Pool and gym were closed. This should be stated before you make your reservation. This is why we gave it 3 stars. It’s extremely inconvenient to have to drive to a sister hotel to use their pool.

Recently remodeled suites. Very affordable and clean. The staff made the stay effortless. Close to Disney Springs with available shuttles. I will definitely book again. Oh! Don’t forget the cookies!
