Located in the heart of the city. Restaurants and cafes are everywhere. Hotel staff are very friendly and professional. Breakfast is highly recommended. I enjoyed staying here.

Great location within walking distance of attractions, restaurants and shopping. Great corner room on high floor with balcony provided fantastic views of the Ottawa River and Gatineau, Quebec in the distance. Very friendly service at check-in and departure. Parking available for a reasonable overnight fee. You must try the weekend brunch at their restaurant. Excellent stay overall. Will return for sure!

The hotel staff are perceptive and sensitive to the sentiments of the guests. Out of their kindness and sincerity, they go out all the way, beyond the call of duty, to bring lasting joy and satisfaction to the guest for this special occasion. For that, we are deeply grateful.

Convenient is number one for this hotel and cleanliness. Staff are rude and parking is horrible.

Impressive lobby but the beds weren't comfortable, the coffee maker didn't work and the cups with the ice bucket were dirty. Beautiful view from 22nd floor and staff were professional.

From the staff to the facility everything was amazing.
My only complaint was that the beds were hard and double not queen size.
All staff was friendly and made a great experience.
Pool was amazing and it was great they had a kids room and a teen room.

the metal shelf for the towels was covered with rust. Bathtub was clogged, barely let any water drain. Bedsheet was dirty, had to get it replaced.

The location is excellent, close to the center. Room was clean . The only thing we don't like is the cleanliness of the teenroom- carpets are extremely dirty, there is an unpleasant smell . The equipment is outdated.
Would definitely recommend this place for your stay.

Perfect location! The room is very clean and staffs are very friendly.
Parking is not easy. You need to drive through a narrow way to the underground parking. But the porter of the hotel is very good. He will guide you to the right way and wait you in the parking to tell you where you can park.
The hotel is a little bit old. Please note that one end of the swimming pool is very deep and there is not lifeguard there. So please be careful.

Great location block from the Parliament buildings, city tours, Rideau Shopping Centre, and Byward Market. Excellent food at the Spin restaurant inside.
