We stayed one night to attend a concert at the Tanger Center. It was very close to the venue and the hotel was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and the accommodations were awesome. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

Poppy was very, very good. The staff was very, very nice and polite. Very very quick attentive room service was flawless. The food was very very good very very well priced the bed was lovely. The shower was lovely. Really had a good time. Even the parking lot was a convenience right across the street.

The room and staff was spectacular however, 10 minutes after check-in, we find out that our can’t concert was canceled so we had to pay for the room and stay after 3 Hour Dr. to your hotel which we would come and paid for hotel if we knew the concert was canceled. The hotel should have refunded our stay since we had just checked in that was disappointing

Friendliness of the front desk, the awesome bellmen, and the restaurant and bar staff.
On the downside the lobby and restaurant were very cold and uncomfortable.
The one thing that should be added is a grab bar of some kind in the shower. The tubs were slippery.

Expedia mentioned Continental breakfast but they didn’t have it unless you paid for the food and we had to pay to park they don’t mention that either and they charged me more on my card that they will refund me back if we don’t eat anything or use the hotel number to order food the hotel was clean but we won’t go back there again too many hidden fees

This was the worst stay I have ever experienced at a Marriott hotel. The air went out and I was told that the technician was fixing it. After an hour, we were still without air. The HVAC guy was sent to our room. Still no air. I finally had to call and request another room. We were moved to another room and as soon as we settled in the fire alarm came on. We jumped up and ran out to go downstairs. Then we were told it was a false alarm. There was also a disturbance in the parking lot and one of the desk attendants had to run out into the parking lot. I was not offered a discount or anything for the inconveniences. I always expect the Marriott to be top notch but this time the stay was far from it.

The property was very beautiful, spacious lively, quiet, easy walking distance to anything in any place. I wanted to go. Hotel staff was courteous and nice. My room was clean nice. Didn't have a microwave.

I travel at minimum once a month. This was the worst experience ive had in some time. The first room I had the tv froze on me so they changed my room. Got to the second room...the bathroom was extremely small. You couldnt stand in the bathroom with the door open. The a/c was terribly loud and made a dripping sound. I had self parking, access was by room key. I had to go back 3 times bc each for some reason it wasnt working. The final time the young lady told me they didnt have self parking attached to my room. My gf started sneezing and had a runny nose consistently. We didnt know if it was the feathers from the ripped comforter or pillows so we asked for foam pillows. That evening that we checked out the sneezing and runny nose was gone. Its safe to say we will never be staying there again.

Rented two rooms side by side. Toilet not working properly in one & water level was low in the sink. The other room while showering the water backed up in the shower. They stated it was nothing they can do because I booked through Expedia. I will never stay here again. They also charged my card for internet services I never used & said it will be back in my card & if not call back and speak with finance. They could care less about the customer experience as long as they got paid. Marriott downtown Greensboro stay away from it.

The hotel itself was fine as far as a stay for a soccer tournament goes. Good food in the restaurant.
However, I wasn’t impressed by the less than helpful staff. They charged me for parking when I didn’t have a car, and refused to refund me for a night that I wasn’t there even though I told them I wouldn’t make it as soon as I knew my flight got cancelled and I wouldn’t be there until the next day.

The stay was great, the hotel is beautiful. Lots of places to read and/or relax. We didn’t know that my loyalty did not roll over to my new name so we were unable to enjoy the complimentary breakfast. What was more aggravating is that when i asked about meeting the two accounts i was only told how difficult it was to do it. Also my husband and myself found the bed to be extremely firm resulting in babbling pain and a bit so good night sleep.. other than those two things it was a great stay.

I stayed at this hotel for a track meet,. I was having trouble sleeping because I was itching. Got up to go get some thing to snack on in the lobby. When I came back upstairs to my room, there were bedbugs. I took some downstairs to show the front desk the young man that was there was very attentive, however, after that, the assistant manager was not pleasant at all, and tried to make it like I had done something wrong. She felt as though refunding my money paying for parking and one meal, which was an omelette that I got for breakfast to Refund should be. She was nasty when I was talking to her in the lobby and she was nasty in the email that she sent me letting me know that they , removed all the charges from my credit card. That is not enough that whole hotel. All 10 floors need to be exterminated professionally doing just one room which they did not do is not going to do anything they’re just gonna jump from room to room. Seeing the airlines stewardess and the pilot in the lobby, I wanted to say something so bad but I did not. But I feel as though everyone should know that this hotel has bedbugs and they’re not doing anything to rectify it. They fail as though comping a room for one night is OK and it’s not beware
