We didn't stay. The place was a dump. We went to another hotel. We are very unhappy that Hotels.com would even list this place. It didn't look anything like the ad pictures. I've been using Hotels.com for years, but after this experience I probably won't again.

broken lights broke towlet broken shower. no tissue towels or wash cloths . stains on covers and sheets.. and the actual bed is covered in cemen snd blood.. i just slept n the car that wasnt safe

Wasn't as bad as the reviews claimed! My room was clean, spacious, and I was on a quiet and peaceful side with maybe 4 others who stayed out of site. It is a motel and if you expect and want Marriot, or any fancy Hotel amenities or status, you should book one of those Hotels!

Very low budget you get for what you pay for I was very displeased and customer service horrible. Seemed upset I asked for a different room but I just stayed because I knew I wouldn’t get a refund

the room was worn out. floors were spongy. no smoking was posted on the door, every flat surface in the room had cigarette burns. the blankets had burnt marks and the room smelled like someone was smoking in it. 2 cans of Lysol and Febreze still could not mask the smell. staff was helpful with google translator.

Place is a dumb no phone no WiFi no refrigerator never will go back for real you can just got to the the la Quinta for 15 more dollars or the red roof 😂😂 if u paying 💵💵 This Travelodge is a 50$ special 2 hours at the most 😂😂

This was the worst hotel I ever been at in my 41 years of life. And Expedia is giving me problems about it like they don't want to take care of they customer. We're I wouldn't recommend you to book this place to nobody and Expedia needs to be a better company

Nothing good .. room was not clean and was full of smell like weed even though opted for non smoking room.

Only had one towel. Only 2 pillows for 3 people. Door safety lock busted. Dead bolt also did not work. It smelled like smoke.

Refuse to stay there. Looked like a very dirty and unsafe hotel with a lot of suspicious activity going on outside. I called to cancel but they will not refund money. Expedia was no help. I will never use Expedia again.

Genuine dump in a bad location

An old property with attempted refurbishment -- bathroom fixtures, etc. Phone did not work. Very bright outside light right next to entry door to encourage bugs to visit on entering. No soap. No remote for TV. Spiders in bathtub. Outside area resembles a war zone. Very difficult to find at night because of minimal signage and few lights. Bed mattress was lumpy. Outside area is slum-like.

Not uncomfortable stay

The place is a bad motel dark, dirty and probably dangerous. The door of the first room I was given wouldn't open, and the receptionist (from behind a window) told me she was not supposed to leave reception and provided instructions to open the door, which then wouldn't lock and lights wouldn't work. I was given another room. It was really noisy because of the traffic and people shouting near the hotel. The room was old and pretty dirty.

We were unable to stay at this hotel. It was extremely uncomfortable environment. The room reeked of cigarette smoke, there was two pillows for four people and one towel available. The hotel was extremely run down with sagging old mattresses and threadbare bedding. For the price of the establishment our expectations were it would have provided the minimum in basic needs at the very least. The night clerk/manager was polite and provided another room when the first was unacceptable, unfortunately that room was worse than the first. We had to make other arrangements at the last minute as we were unable to stay there.

The bath tub had cig burn marks , the dresser drawer front was broken and on the floor, there was no tv remote , there was no trash can, but worst of all, the smoke detector/ alarm was ripped off the wall and missing

It is what it is. An inexpensive place to stay for a night. I planned ahead and brought some roach spray with me. I saw one dead roach on the floor upon entering but did not see any or encounter any live ones that night. Pillows sucked but again I knew not to expect a normal hotel which would have cost at least twice what we paid. One night wasn’t going to kill me. Keep thinking how much you’re saving. Two nights I would have stayed elsewhere.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room was dirty and I feared bedbugs just from the overall state of the place. On top of that, the place is very run down and appears to be populated with people selling drugs, prostitutes, and transients. I stayed in my room for around 15 minutes, just long enough to find another place and leave.

Filthy, there were 2 mouse traps in the room & hairs, dust, and grime everywhere. Couldn’t sleep there

This place was booked due to price and location close to airport due to canceled flight. The area was sketchy, the door wouldnt open until after many attempts and heavy pushing, the room was hot, did not look anything like the pictures, each queen bed had only one small pillow (but the bed looked so stained I would never have even considered sleeping on it anyway), the light fixture was half gone. I never walked past the front door, so i dont know the condition of the bathroom. We literally got back in an uber and decided we'd be better off sleeping in the airport, so we left. I would never stay there. The pics on the listing are not accurate at all!

Toilet seat was loose. Room was ok. Neighbors got arrested next door after an argument. So not the best place in town.
