The breakfast was spectacular. The staff was so accommodating. The bedroom was comfortable. We enjoyed our 4 day stay.

Coming from the airport with the train to Bergen center the Hotel is just straight down 300 yards. The hotel personnel is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is at the center of all the activities. I would highly recommend this hotel and I would stay there again. Hotel breakfast is included with the room and one of the best I have enjoyed Very clean Hotel and great location.

We arrived late due to delayed flights. The night clerk was excellent with us checking in late and very helpful. The breakfast was the best we had in Norway. The staff the next day at checkout was very friendly and looked up info for us since our cell phones were not working. Would stay there again.

Rooms were smaller than anticipated, and the smell from McDonalds was overpowering.

3 star hotel at the most, poorly decorated, the beds are not comfortable and the atmosphere is poor, it doesnt feel like a hotel where you would want to stay during vacation. The cleanliness is little below average standards. The breakfast is just ok, not as advertised, and the restaurant gets really crammed. The pros are the staff, who were always willing to help. Even though the location isn't prime, it is close enough to Brygge (6 min walk) and close to the tram to the airport. For the price of this hotel you should get a lot more. i

We found the hotel very pleasant: friendly service, comfortable room, very good breakfast.buffet (included with our room). Location was also very convenient for walking around central Bergen.

During my recent family trip, me and my family stayed for a few days in this hotel in Bergen, which is located at an excellent and very convenient spot in the city. The check-in was very fast and good, staff were very nice. It was clean, well organised and the best thing was the fresh food in the restaurant. The restaurant was indeed a very comfortable place on the top floor of the hotel. I definitely recommend this hotel to others and I would love to stay there again in the future.

Good stay. Staff were really nice and helpful even though their entire booking system crashed as we tried to check in. Our room was good, and the breakfast was excellent with a good range of hot and cold items. Location was very central - few minutes walk from harbour and the station.

One the the best hotel location at central area. With less than 5 min walk to tram station and10 to 15 min walk to major attractions.

Great breakfast Quite a bit of outside noise

This was a great property and our room was perfect. It was a little warm but we were able to keep the windows open and use the fan that was provided. The hotel breakfast buffet was delicious! We loved the design of the hotel and the interiors. The hallways needed to be vacuumed. They were dirty the entire time we were there. Besides that, it was a great experience and the hotel was in a great location.

Excellent hotel in the center of Bergen. Huge room, and nice restaurant right next to the hotel. Staff was great, and would stay there again.

We had booked 2 nights here but unfortunately could stay just 1 night as our flight got delayed. The rooms are tiny with not much space to keep luggage. The room was clean and adequate though as we spent most of our time out. Breakfast was really good compared to other hotels in Europe. There was lots of choice. Only complaint was the coffee machine was not working so well but the lady kindly helped with it when I asked. Regarding the bathroom, it’s really tiny as well. Not much space in the shower. Also the shower gel/shampoo got over just after 1 person showered. The bottle is opaque so we couldn’t even see how much was there. I never had this issue in any other hotel till date. The location is excellent. City centre and walkable to Bryggen area.
