I would not want to stay there again. The staff were not helpful.

It was nice. The breakfast was very good. However, there was not microwave. The comfort for the bed was very small. The water boiler was rusted.

at first, we received the handicap room without any windows. The "window" opened up to the restaurant... which seems dangerous and a fire hazard. They changed the room for us the next day, but I think they should possibly change those rooms.

The hotel located close to central station, walkable distance to all attraction spots. but the room is plain, a little bit outdated.

Very convenient for seeing the sights but the room lacked many things - no drawer space, non- functioning air conditioning, no bath mat etc. Often the cleaners missed things - like emptying the garbage and refilling the soap dispenser when we deliberately left the top off to indicate that it was empty. We did enjoy the breakfast.

Great location that is walking distance to everything.

It is a great hotel for visiting Oslo. It takes only minutes to the harbour, the castle and to the main shopping area. The rooms and the beds are comfortable, everything was very clean. Breakfast was delicious!

Very clean and updated hotel located in the heart of Oslo. Fantastic breakfast buffet with lots of options. The staff were friendly, cheerful, and attentive. We loved the convenient location that was within walking distance of just about everything. Would stay here again!

it was average to big size hotel and only one elevater was working out of 3 so we have to wait for 5/7 minutes almost all times for lift.....which is not good

There was drilling in the morning that interrupted my sleep and it lasted a long time. Otherwise it was a nice place convenient and walkable. The breakfast buffet had an amazing selection.

We were shuffled off to a cheaper hotel for the first night as they oversold. Breakfast was fabulous. The room was comfy and nice. No soap in the shower. A broken mug stayed on the floor in the hall for 8 hours. The shower leaked all over the floor. The towels are very small. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is amazing.

We were on the side of the hotel facing the street, our room’s floor was very dusty and you had to brush your feet off with your hands before getting in bed. Our heater didn’t have an option to turn off, so we had to keep a window open the whole night, which was very noisy. The parking garage that is on the property isn’t actually part of the hotel and it is extremely tight and there was no spaces. It was also filled with tons of junk. There was also various places in the hotel with random items everywhere. The gym and breakfast is very nice though. We also had friends stay who didn’t have the same issues as us but this was our experience.

We use this hotel everytime we're in Oslo. Usually it is a pleasant stay. But this time it was not to good , no towels in the bathroom only a used towel on the floor. The linings had some long dark hair ,,, but the worst was that the aircondition was broken ,, it was not possible to change ore to turn of . So we woke up in the middle of the night with 25,2 celsius ,, and then I tried to adjust it again ...but no luck . Hopefully the hotel will do something about this .

The property is under renovation and the staff were very helpful in advising us on how to get around the city
