Rude and un attentive staff members I was forced to pay for expensive food that wasn’t properly cooked and when I brought it to the attention of staff management nothing was don’t , food is aweful and not only because I’m a 5 star chef , no flavor seasoning and over cooked

Originally on arrival we were given an unacceptable room, were able to switch in the morning with the help of Ludy the manager who was wonderful. Katie at the desk was also very helpful.

Great location, right on the beach and near lots of restaurants, shops, and pharmacies. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
In a quiet area, but you can quickly get into the "thick" of things.
However, I did not like the exorbitant hold for incidentials!
With that said, I would stay here again.
Other than that my trip was great.

property says over 21, but there was more kids than there was over 21s. and apparently it’s normal that you wake up at three in the morning on a fire alarm evacuate the whole hotel, then tell you sorry false alarm go back upstairs like nothing happened. ALSO BE PREPARED FOR A BIGGGG DEPOSIT ONCE YOU CHECK IN.

We were there for my birthday weekend and everything it’s close to everything, the staff was amazing we loved our room views to the beach!

The stay was amazing. Beach service with Danny T. was beyond great. He always went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. Andres, the bartender was wonderful and fun to speak to. The only issue was valet service took long to retrieve car. Property is beautiful.

Good service overall. Walking distance from the beach makes this hotel good spot for family. Lowlights, the hotel does not let to have more than two sun bath chairs at the swimming pool even if you have a family of three or four, this is ridiculous. We took three chairs since we have a teenager and the manager approached to request to leave free one chair, we said no. She said it is a rule in Miami. I do not recall have signed any paper with that clause. To think twice to go to this hotel with a big family.

Check-in was fast and easy. Staff was nice and greeted you upon every entry. Room was clean and updated. I love the Merkato Coffe Bar & Gerateria. There were great healthy options for breakfast, lunch, and snacks. Easy access to the beach which was clean and relaxing.
