There was mold in the shower and ants in the room, will never stay again

It was a nice stat overall.

We had a suite that was ok. The toliet leaked in one of the bathrooms and ran all night in the other. Room was next to elevator and we could hear it in the room. The shower didn't drain. Couch and chair needed a good cleaning. Room needed some TLC. Also dirty dishes were left in dishwasher.

The hotel was good overall. But the suites lacked a lot of necessary equipment: not enough plates, tea towels, cooking utensils. Garbage was not picked up every day too.

Generally good, would absolutely stay again. I have to dock some points though. When I booked, my room appeared to have some amenities that were not present in reality. Still, it was clean, comfortable, and secure.

Don’t believe the bad reviews. Is it a luxury hotel? Not by any means but it’s clean and cost effective. We loved having a separate room from the kids without needing another hotel room. The bed was very comfortable and the pull out was too. We would stay again.

We booked a 2 bedroom suite for our in-laws to watch our baby while we attended a wedding. When calling the night before about an early check in the girl told me I needed to call back the next day so I did. When I called the next morning the woman told me that the 2 bedroom suites were “out of commission” and that we were going to be getting 2 rooms that were not connected to each other (she was very nice but we wish that the woman the night before had told us this so we could maybe make other arrangements.) Really this was our only options at this point so we had to make it work. However when we got to our room and opened the curtains for some natural light to, our bedroom windows and partially the living room area window were facing a wall maybe 2 feet from the window. So no natural light at all.
The space was not great for the amount we paid but it got the job done for what we needed. Unfortunately we will probably not stay here again.

The stay was great! Our family suite was more than I expected. A full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and separate queen bedrooms! Very roomy! The only problem was the bathtub drain is super slow, so youll have to wait for it to go down for the next person to shower. Other than that, it was great!

Outside the building the property had trash laying around. Inside: the floors were filthy through out. People were smoking weed so it smelled. The building is run down and needs to be worked on and spruced up. Our room had ants and bugs In it. When I told the front desk she said she would tell maintenance. No room should have bugs! We ended our stay early and went to another hotel.

I initially checked in online the day before and was assigned to a room on the first floor. Upon arrival the digital key did not work so when I stopped at the desk I was told my room was not yet ready at 5pm. Once my room was ready I was placed in a room on the second floor. There was a room we passed on the way to the elevators that smelled like a rotting corpse. The breakfast was nothing like what was pictured on the hotels.com site. Grey/green sausage and no waffles. No coffee available when I went to the breakfast buffet. The hotel felt dirty and except for checkout the customer service was not friendly.

I would’ve been angry if I had paid full price for this room. The bathroom was dirty- hair everywhere, no sign of the thorough Lysol cleaning. There were no extra linens- I went to the front desk and waited for 5 minutes. No one showed so I went back to my room. I then waited and called down for linens and towels. The woman on the phone made me feel bad for calling/asking for additional items. I understand if you can’t leave the desk (although you did for the 5 minutes I was there waiting) but there is a nice way to say “can I have them brought up later”. This hotel is in need of a makeover/modernization. Furniture was dingy. Kitchen would’ve been great but no paper towels or anything to clean with. It’s just a step behind in all aspects.

The property was in a quiet area and the staff were helpful and personable. I had to ask for a hairdryer, which they promptly provided. The room and bed were dated and in average condition. A lot of wear and tear in kitchenette.

The kitchenette in the room was awesome. Cute little room with a nice homey feel. Microwave was missing in the room and pool was closed down - so had to go around to the sister hotel for pool/hot tub use.

Kitchen is nice to have, however, I had no microwave, just the frame in the wall. Disposal didn't work, and sink was clogged so couldn't wash the dishes. Ran the dishwasher as I was packing to leave and the sink came within 2 seconds of flooding the room. Probably same thing happened because the room next to me had a dehumidifier running all night in the hallway and room. Woke up the next morning with no hot water for a shower. Wouldn't recommend unless you are traveling with pets. Wouldn't recommend! The staff was nice.

The staff was awesome. The room and hotel were clean. Breakfast was good. I was EXTREMELY disappointed the the pictures didn’t match the actual conditions and that the hot tub was closed and marked off with yellow caution tape. I picked the hotel FOR A HOT TUB AND POOL. While the overall experience was good, I definitely would have picked differently if I had been aware.

Parking lot always had spaces open and convenient to our room. The availability of the full kitchenette was wonderful. We enjoyed the covered patio gathering space to read and dine.
