Worst pillows on the planet. Seriously crap pillows from Motel 6. Thought this was going to be a 5 star hotel experience but the beds have the OUTDATED individual bedspreads for each person which is pure madness.
Sheets were crap. But then again, the hotel was half the price of The Four Seasons which I had previously stayed at in Prague. Truly unlikely to ever go back because at the beginning and end of every day you stay at hotel FOR SLEEP. My sleep was miserable because the bed sucked, the bedding was crap and the pillows were truly deplorable. Truly worse pillows in the last 10 years. Made my stay miserable as a result. Get a grip. You spend $100 million to build a hotel and you blow it this way. Fire the designers & management as a result or fix it. Wake up.
On a positive note, glorious hotel in a perfect location for moving about but not near anything practical if you need that. The hotel's elevators are dysfunctional, every floor is a "half floor" requiring you to go up / down stairs if you pick the wrong elevator. Idiotic design as a result. Zero desk. Means worthless hotel for business travelers. How the hell can you work? You can't. Typical stupid bathrooms for Europeans. Glass door divider to the shower. Always a nightmare. Bathroom was rather small, but hey, all in all it's a great hotel if you can deal with the other issues. The rooftop bar however, is a gem of all gems. Dollar for dollar best hotel I could find in all of Prague City Center.

The President was a great place to stay. It’s on a higher priced range but has good spa, excellent breakfast, restaurant and bar too. Close walking distance from old town and Karluv bridge. It’s right by the river and has great views from the hotel. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. Only negative is that the shower in our room didn’t have a glass door and the water sprayed all over the floor in the bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will consider to stay again in the future.

I had difficulties with the wifi and AC in the room.
Otherwise, enjoyed a swim in the pool and the views were very relaxing.,

Small hotel in a good location. Easy to walk almost everywhere. Had a plumbing problem and we were moved swiftly. Staff were friendly and rooms were nice but furniture in the rooms were bit tired. Our windows not cleaned during eight days stay. Pool and sauna facilities were lovely and clean.

Hotel was fine but difficult to climb over tub to get to shower and actual shower system was loose and did not work very well

One of the best Hotels that we have been ever. Very clean rooms and an-amazing swimming pool, Sauna, and steam room.
Unbelievably very welcoming and friendly staff, Specially the Lovely Lady Vanessa at the reception. She went the extra mile to make sure that we’re happy with our stay. We will definitely come back once we are in Prague again.

We got a room with the river and castle view. The view from the corner rooms is very beautiful. Hotel is decently located to attractions but you have to walk 15 min to get to the main area.
Pool and sauna area is very nice, clean and relaxing.
Our door to our room didn’t shut properly. You kind of had to mess with the handle to make sure it was locked which was a little weird.
We didn’t have breakfast included and didn’t eat the breakfast buffet since it was €35.
On this trip we stayed at some nice hotels and never paid more the €25. So this seemed a bit excessive. Especially since there wasn’t anything special about the breakfast.
All around enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

The location is absolutely brilliant for seeing the city without being smack bang in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The pool and spa is incredible. The room was stunning aside from a couple of tiny issues as a glass lampshade wasn’t attached properly and the curtain had come off the runner as the end was kissing however I sorted this myself so I’m sure it would have been remedied by the hotel had I’d asked as they were brilliant. Nice touches like free umbrellas at the door which were much needed as it rained non stop while we were there. They have a really cool bar on the top floor which would be awesome in the summer to sit out on the balcony. Regretfully we didn’t eat in levitate restaurant but it looks absolutely unbelievable. Will definitely stay again should we return to Prague

Informed Pool closed for last half of stay, no discount or cancellation allowed by hotel nor hotels.com. We had contscted both hotel and hotels.com twice, just to be ignored. The pool was fantastic too….

We loved our time at the President. It’s a wonderful hotel in all regards and the location is ideal for tourists visiting Prague. The friendliness and diligence of the staff make it top notch.

The hotel was good for shopp,And Restaurant.But the service in the restaurant was awful. The people did not say good morning. Our clean the table off we you come to look for and table. You always had to look for someone. And then did not come any table and say is everything is okay. The only young lady that made the omelette in the morning she was very friendly. But at the woman was in stress, while she had to do it alone. Until and young man had help her,He came with and cap on and made the waffle. But not clean his uniform, he was not really help for the woman that was making the omelette.
I think the hotel was very clean but Service was awfully in restaurant, and service in front desk night was even awful . The security guard at night had to call someone to come in front, we had to wait around 20min. And the young man did not say good evening . He just ask for my name and gave us the key and to,d us what time breakfast was and we it located, and the swim pool and beauty lounge.
I think they need to learn about Service on howto handle there guest. While that is and super Hotel and the rooms were super.

The room size is completely disappointing and misleading in the advertising. The recent parts that have been remodel are welcomed and beautiful, but they don’t seem to have the quality to last. Beauty and presentation supersede, and the actual rooms have had a slapped
Up makeover, bu the bones didn’t get fixed. Fresh paint and fixtures but need a complete redesign.

Overall a very good experience with a few areas that could be improved:
- at arrival at breakfast, the first day was not shown what and where things were. Just told we could go in
- the lady making the omelettes was excellent and deserves extra praise for the taste but her general brilliant attitude and smile.
- no room service option available
We had an issue with the air-con in our original room and when we made the reception aware, there was no issues and got moved - there was no issues and excellent service

The room was ok but even though it was a junior suite it didn’t have the desk for work and there were not enough electric outlets.
The location is good.
The workers were kind.
The actual problem was too much dusts on the carpet, curtains and even on the pillows and linens. Whenever we touch the pillows and the comforter huge amount of dusts were floating.

The staff was extremely helpful. The suite was large and over well equipped. The view of the river from the term was amazing!! Extremely good breakfast.
Very well and modern design, the SPA was a very nice and a good place to rest after a full day of walking. Highly recommended!!

The check in was the only flaw in service. We had an awful time trying to get checked in, it was probably 45 minutes before they even got one person checked in in the line in front of us. I don’t know what it happened that day if it was just a fluke? But the facility in the staff after that totally made up for that little inconvenience! Have a wonderful place to stay, and a great location!

A modern hotel within walking distance of the main attractions of the city center. There is a great rooftop bar, with lovely views of the city and the river. Also offers a huge modern spa area. Many nice cafés in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Our room (with river views) was clean and spacious. The soft mattress on the window sill was a nice touch. It allows you to cuddle up in front of the window and watch the world go by.

Amazing hotel close to main attractions in downtown. The room with river view is spectacular. Front disk staff extremely helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my stay a lot and certainly will be back to it

The President is a very nice hotel with a great view of the river or the castle and very close to Old town. the rooms are big and comfortable but the construction next door created a lot of noise so that part wasn't good. I expected the staff to be a bit more friendly and accommodating than they were.

Warm and welcoming front-desk staff, who were very accommodating with our special requests. Every employee we encountered was friendly and professional.
The room was well-appointed, with a magnificent river view.
One complaint: The bathroom towels are very thin, not what I would expect in a 5-star hotel.

Very good and modern hotel, comfortable room, loved the swimming pool, which has a very decent size for an indoor hotel pool.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
I only wish it was possible to control the air condition better, including cooling mode and not just heating.
