Wonderful hotel
We had Garden view for 4 nights then a trip to Lembongan island and bk to The Grand Mirage for 2 nights in a sea view room. Just wonderful
The staff and in fact even outside of the resort the residents of Bali are the most wonderful friendly people.
Absolutely no negatives.
Must eat in The New Meads. Just a short walk from the resort

The hotel is great. You cannot compare it to other 5 star rated hotels. This is a great 4 star hotel. Food is expensive and up there with Sofitel, grand Hyatt and Padma. Pools are good, staff are great and rooms nice.

Cant fault it, great stay for young families has everything you need at the resort to kids water park and kids pool area. Everyone is very friendly and nice. Buffet breakfast is also amazing and has great services in the morning. Highly recommend

Rooms were well appointed and kids loved the extra touches like cute wall lights and bean bags. Kids loved both pool areas, kids club playground and in particular the oversize sea themed plush toys :D
We had a ground floor room that was easily accessible from the pool yet still private.
Breakfast had a good selection.

Loved the location. Did not love concrete steps up to infinity oool. As somewhat disabled at the time no other way up or to rooftop bar

We had a lovely holiday at Grand Mirage. We were disappointed that our room was located in the Family Paradise, so the staff kindly offered to move us to the main building, however we chose to stay in Family Paradise as the room had been nicely renovated. We were still able to use the facilties at the Grand Mirage resort. I would recommend this resort for families with young children or group bookings.

The perfect place for our family of teenagers. Lots to do and also a beautiful place to relax and rest. Breakfast buffet is amazing! Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, and there are some nice restaurants nearby.

We just got back from an amazing trip to the Grand Mirage.
It was our first time here and we would def come back.
So many great activities for the kids, obliging staff, yummy food.. the list could go on!
We stayed in a pool access room in the older part of the hotel (not family paradise) and it was great for us

Overall a nice place to stay. Nothing spectacular and a little dated. Friendly staff but extremely slow service. Drinks take forever.

Their garden view rooms are dated and their outdoor dinners run till 10pm which means you’ll get loud music and bass thumping in your room.
The renovated ocean view rooms were nice and the family wing rooms were also much more modern.
The food was pretty average. Would have been disappointed if we opted for all inclusive.

The hotel is old and dated, and in places not very clean, infact we saw a rat in the corridoor .
Reception staff were helpful. Food optoons very limited and not that good. Location ok.

Loved staying at this resort the beachfront restaurant dishes of fantastic. This resort is awesome for children. The Kids Club is great. The babysitters were helpful and the kids loved them. The rooms are very clean and large. Buffet breakfast was fantastic

This hotel it a paradise for families. The facilities are wonderful (waterslides, splash park area, kids club, games rooms and the best buffet I have ever seen).
The grounds are super clean and the rooms were great.
Having 2 sections of the resort (adult and family) is wonderful. If I have dropped the kids at kids club, I am able to have some proper down time. It is the best of both worlds.
The staff were utterly lovely and went above and beyond.

We had the most wonderful stay! Staff were all so friendly and would go above and beyond. The bathrooms in the rooms could do with an upgrade but everywhere else immaculate.

This hotel is perfectly located if you are coming from Singapore. Shopping is walking distance tonthe hotel and bus station. The staff is super friendly as well. The spa was also a delight and the high tea experience.

We spent our family holiday at this property. The interconnecting rooms allowed us to have the room and privacy to enjoy the holidays with 3 kids.
All staff is super friendly, the daily activities in the pool area are fun. The games room is well worth hours of entertainment away from the screens.
