The room was fine. Was charged for parking which I found cheezy. No water in room. No fresh coffee offered just hot water in the lobby.

This is the 2nd time that they gave us a "handicapped" room, which we did not request or need. This room #229 was very dangerous and would not qualify as a handicapped room. The tub was slippery, no safe way to get into the tub. Should have been a free standing shower. The room was dirty, the bed was not made correctly and it smelled like mildew.

Everything was good, the door wouldn’t open when I scanned my key you had to shake the door and rescan in order to get it to open!! Other than that my stay was fine.

It is a pleasure staying at this hotel. The lady who checked us in at the front desk was very professional, friendly, and helpful. We arrived on Saturday, August 31, in the afternoon. She welcomed us with kind words and provided good information to get around. The hotel is clean, nice restaurants nearby within walking distance. The room is quiet and comfortable. Nice bed and clean sheets. Everything is working including the TV, air conditioner, refrigerator, etc.

Really nice place. I now have to be in Roseville several times a month and I will choose this hotel.
I would say the only thing th bothered me that was that I was unable to turn the air conditioner unit up or down or off so I finally just had to end up unplugging it because it was so cold and it was very stuffy in the morning when I woke up so I plugged it back in and it took a while for it to turn on.

Bar staff was not very hospitable. The gentleman from what I found out later shift was over, I would not have gone over to the bar had I not been told it was OK to ask him. It took him less than 30 seconds to walk around to the other side and hand it to me. Parking was terrible.

The room was clean and the bed was amazing! Lighting is very poor. One light was out and I reported that to the front desk and they replaced the bulb but it went out again the next day. I think they need to review and train their front desk people in customer service and politeness. One gal in particular was very short when I checked in and again when I checked out. I have stayed here many many times over the years and was disappointed this time at their disorganization.

Quiet room (no road noise). I slept great in the comfortable bed. It was a bit of a hassle figuring out the climate controls but it turned out the AC was just unplugged and it started working when I plugged it in. The only strange thing about the room was that there was very dim lighting in the bathroom vanity/dressing area.

Easy and convenient location and check-in. It’s one of the only hotels nearby with a balcony, which I like to be able to get fresh air. The balcony has a nice view on the backside of the hotel. Room was very clean, quiet, and beds are super comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
