I love staying at Residence Inn. Id love a complimentary weekend stay for me and my family in a 2 bedroom suite.

The bed was stiff and uncomfortable

Nice hotel and room. Navigating the parking lot to exit onto a main road is a little tricky as the hotel is located in an odd spot, but the hotel and room was very nice with friendly staff.

They charge for parking...

Front desk was rude. Breakfast lady was so so rude. My daughter has a peanut allergy and she said she didn’t care.

Near great restaurants, the staff was friendly and the rooms are cozy and clean.

Rooms smells like old cigarettes and the room was dirty had food left under one of the night stands will never stay here again! Plus they changed you for parking witch I don’t care but they never told me about it just got a bill and on top of everything I booked a 1bed room paid the extra money for it and they down grade me to a Studio and we had 4 of us in one bedroom and they keep my money!

Sheets smelled sour and gross. Beds & sofa beds were old and hard. Bathroom was small. Pool area floor was outdated and very slippery that it was a hazard to simply walk on it. For the price we pay, should be better.

Enjoyed the room and staff

We requested to staff and at the lobby to have the room cleaned and make beds, we were there for 8 nights and paid $1,500, they NEVER cleaned the room, not even took the trash out. TERRIBLE. We told them DAILY, and nothing.

Old furniture. sofa bed is not connected at all.

The washer was down at the time but the was a Courtyard by Marriott in the parking look adjacent to our hotel. We were t to use the laundry and gym facility. We needed the additional room in the suite. two rooms, two bathrooms, living room space and kitchen to add. It was perfect for a family of five two girls (13 and 9) and a little boy (22months) They did charge for parking which I didn’t expect and for it to by not located in the downtown of a city. There wasn’t any house keeping on the Saturday or Sunday to clean/vacuum the room.

The only negative was the mattress for pull-out in the suite. It was terrible. The mattress for the primary bed was fine.

The property was clean on the out side . My room was very nice and clean as well however we walked around trying to fine somewhere to eat .

Our 2 room suite was amazing! Lots of room, a full kitchen and everything we needed! The pool and spa were a great addition to the evening and breakfast on the morning was very tasty with tons of options! We will definitely stay here again

no parking

Stayed here one night while moving. The check in clerk at 10pm was exceptional. I explained to him we had 8 people that would be staying in our suite, a 16 month old baby, 3, 6, 8, and 10 year old and 3 adults. He told me that was no problem whatsoever and he knew the app wouldn't allow us to input it but said it's no worry at all. The next morning, my son in law and I went with one of my grand children to get breakfast for everyone else to take back to the room. While leaving the breakfast room, the general manager - a middle aged woman with black hair and the front desk clerk both stood staring at us as we walked past with several plates of food, glaring daggers at us. We continued to our room got the children situated with their breakfast, and I returned to the desk to inquire as to why we were being glared at and to let them know we are feeding 8 people. We were told "oh we were probably just spacing out staring" and I told her, no, we were definitely being glared at. At that point it seemed it was being brushed off as nothing. When we checked out, I spoke to the general manger who again was glaring at us and I told her it's very rude to stand and glare at customers for no reason especially when we paid as much as we did for the room. Instead of apologizing she fabricated excuses for herself. If you like RUDE treatment at top dollar, stay here.

Overall very nice, except the sofa was not in a great condition.

So loud from within the room. Could hear everyone walking, every car starting or being locked, etc. Kind of hard to sleep through the noise sometimes.

We never stayed here, I had a reservation that I canceled, so I don’t know why I’m receiving this review.

Everything was great except for being charged twice. I was charged when I booked & was charged again when I checked in.

Front desk staff was amazing. Asked about early check-in as my husband had early morning surgery. More than accommodating. Always enjoy stays at Residence Inns and this time was no different. Clean, comfortable, great customer service.

Everything was as described and excellent. Breakfast was a good spread. Definitely will stay here again
