Very nice hotel, should come again! Highly recommend to all of you.

I enjoyed my stay

We have stayed, lived and worked in many countries is East Asia and generally our experiences have been good. I the Bali Hyatt Regency they were exceptional. The most pleasurable part of the experience was the warmth and friendliness of the staff. They didn't need to be asked for assistance because they offered without being asked. There was ALWAYS a friendly smile and pleasant greeting.

The beach in front of the hotel is lovely, clean, and private. There are plenty of beachfront chairs and it is one of the few stretches of beach in this area that don't have a lot of boats in the water in front of it. The beach makes this hotel worth it. However, it was a 20 minute walk or so to restaurants and there was not much shopping nearby.

Overall a nice hotel with good food in the restaurants and comfy rooms but a windy location with few sunbeds around the pool area.

I only stayed for a night and the room that they upgraded me to was so well maintained and so comfortable. I wished the coffee and teas in the mini bar were better but everything else was just fine. Breakfast had a good variety. It was nice. I wished I had more time so I get to see the pool and the beach or unwind at the spa.

Great place to stay, but aged and old. If you like a clean, spacious, and dandy rooms, you might not like this hotel. If you like nature-friendly and old atmosphere, then you might like this hotel. The ambience is good. However, be aware that standard and deluxe rooms are on the higher floor and all the premium and family rooms are on the ground floor. Rooms on the ground floor had a strong smell of mold. I upgraded my room to a executive suite, paying a lot of money, because of that. Suite rooms are on each of the higher floor. Pools are great with lots of shades. Breakfast was delicious. The garden was well kept with a beautiful, tropical trees and flowers. Staff service was excellent, and I particularly appreciate Mr Arya, who took care of the process of room change. He was so kind and attentive.

Buffet Breakfast was amazing

The hital has very beautiful perimiters. You get live music and the food is delicious. That the hotel has a currancy exchange and a own clinic is very convenient. Nevertheless we encountered a few problems. We had to change rooms after we mentioned an unpleasent smell from the shower twice and they could not fix it. The other time the room key system stopt working. After the problems we got nothing but a snack :/.

Disappointing beach for a 5 star hotel. Friendly staff and clean facility with very nice pool but for the price we paid per Bali’s standard, I expected more

We liked everything about this 5 star hotel. Half an hour from the airport in light traffic gets you to this oasis of peace and tranquility. Water fountains, ponds, ducks. A brilliant breakfast - definitely worth paying extra for. Beautiful swimming pools. Not cheap - but you get what you pay for.

Amazing place to stay, the service was beyond wonderful, dining options as well. The hotel complex is just breathtaking.

Beautiful facility, well maintained even though not new. Too bad the main pool was closed due to renovation. Best thing about this hotel is the staff--warm, friendly, helpful.

Absolutely fantastic, breakfast was 10/10, service was 10/10 , staff were 10/10 , shame the main pool was closed , the only downside was the drinks at the bars were more than twice the price of nearly every other bar around it, lower the drink prices and I probably would have spent more time in the hotel bars

Great staffs and great services ,the food is excellent just need to add more variety local food ,and need to have dry cleaning other than laundry.the hotel is strategic area ,just five minutes walks from hotel if you want go out to restaurant or bar outside the hotel ,and the restaurant in the hotel itself is great as well and also have a great beach can do walk and ride bycle or just have suntan while enjoying drinks and snacks

Seems like the ideal Bali hotel. Well kept. Friendly and attentive staff. Excellent restaurants (the breakfast was amazing). Nice beach and pool area.

Right on the beach. Great property. Would have liked to stay longer. Food was excellent. Service was impeccable. If we ever get to Bali again. This is where we'll be staying. Pool are is wonderful. Beach is perfect.
