Aircon made noise so a bit annoying.
The couches in room very dated and not very inviting to sit on .
Bed very soft and felt like mattress needed replacing.
Shower was new but water just leaked onto floor so not great design .

Paid for parking but couldn’t get out of park due to rego recorded wrong. Both keys stopped working after first night and had to be reset. Breakfast buffet was overpriced for what was available. Otherwise great stay, great location, helpful friendly staff and a nice casual bar area.

Lovely location, well maintained and secice from front desk, to dining for dinner or breakfast was all round lovely, prompt, professional and friendly. Room was spacious, all amenities, very comfortable.

Always stay here when we visit Launceston. The Hotel is convenient, great food at onsite cafe/restaurant; lots of restaurants within a block walking distance, parking, great friendly and helpful staff.

A nice place to stay overnight for business . Travelling from Hobart to Launceston its convenient and close to food outlets and a nice bathroom.

Nice accommodation, although a little outdated in its style the room was very comfortable and the bathroom had a nice big walk-in shower.
The evening preshow meal was very yummy and the buffet breakfast has something for everyone.

This is a great hotel excepting for a couple of things. My room had one only bedside power point.
The bed was too soft as everyone slept on the same side I feel , I use a sleep machine so I had no other choice.

This hotel is warm and inviting. The foyer is a nice place to sit and have a drink from the cafe and bar. Amazing food through room service. Large comfortable rooms at an affordable price.

The property was clean and well maintained and service was excellent. There were many restaurants just a couple of minutes walk away. However, there was only one available plug to charge appliances in the room, and we had to crawl under the table to reach the plug. Additional options for charging devices would have been helpful.

Good value for money and very friendly staff. Good location within walking distance to shops and restaurants including the convenience of a restaurant in the lobby. However, the rooms were a bit dated and old including leaky showers, slow drainage and dim lighting.

Great location and friendly staff but I left early morning/ came back late evening and housekeeping hadn't actually finishing cleaning the room before leaving it. Found a keycard in the bathroom and tray not cleared

Hotel is nice for a short stay however the check in procedure was very slow and we were made to wait post 2 pm for a check in saying that the room was still not ready. Overall the rooms are nice and spacious and we had a pleasant stay.
