Would never stay here again. In addition to a train going by the room all night - The heater blew - what I can only imagine - is air full of unidentified particulate matter that made both my partner and I have a dry cough and itchy eyes almost immediately. Charging $15 for parking in the middle of nowhere and 20 minutes from the actual airport is ridiculous. In the morning, coffee was unavailable. The only highlight was the desk staff who were awesome. Hotel is basically a motel six with some updated furniture.

After a crappy end to our flight trying to get back home, and the Seattle airport customer service being trash, we had to pay for another night at a hotel we were unprepared for. Once there the staff we had at around 9pm especially the lovely lady at the front desk made us forget the troubles we had and made us feel welcomed. We ended up taking a shower and getting on our flight the next morning at 8am feeling refreshed. Paying for the breakfast during the booking process was nice because the next morning it forced us to stop and eat before our trip making the experience more enjoyable. I wish I could remember the young girls name but she was truly amazing and a light when we were going through a hard time. I truly want to thank her and I hope the staff promotes her or at least recognizes that she is amazing at her job and went above and beyond.

Comfortable beds, spacious shower, and plenty of space to stretch out after outdoor school in the San Juan Islands. The food was delicious, the front desk staff was professional and courteous, and the shuttle driver made us laugh the next morning en route to an early flight at SeaTac. Easy access to Southcenter mall (walking path across the street) which also has many delicious restaurants. Great to stay for travel OR soccer or other kids sports event due to location.

Convenient location. Great inside the hotel and great fully enclosed patio. Thankfully there is a restaurant onsite so you dont have to leave the hotel after dark. You are staying in a busy Seattle suburb so you are exposed to all the undersirables Seattle has to offer.

Room had a bit of a musty damp smell upon arrival but other than that everything was great. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Room seemed very clean, other than the odd smell. My only complaint is that while I prepaid (and the booking price said it included everything, taxes, fees, etc.), upon arrival the front desk advised there was an additional $15 parking fee. That, in addition to the price for one nights stay, seemed excessive for what we were getting. Otherwise we were comfortable.

The staff was absolutely wonderful, with the exception of the woman that was the front desk supervisor. The facility was a little older than I thought, but the staff was so wonderful that when I needed to stay in town three additional days, I stayed with this property.

I was surprised at how pleasant this hotel was. The room was huge and well appointed— better than the much more luxurious place I’d just stayed in in Houston which was missing quite a few things. Nice couch, huge desk, comfortable bed and pillows, spare blankets, true blackout curtains, large bathroom. I was very pleased despite walking in thinking it was going to be a letdown after the very nice place I’d just stayed. It was actually more comfortable. Boring location but good for me transitioning between SeaTac and Boeing Field. I’m so glad I stayed. And the front desk staff were excellent. Only problem is the very limited hours of the airport shuttle. They NEED to expand these!

The desk staff and server in the lounge were fantastic. Professional and very friendly. The hotel is updated and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bedding and pillows superior. We travel alot and will definitely come back!

Taking the shuttle from the SEA airport is a problem. There are 3 Courtyard’s by Marriott on the board, but only one was listed a SEA-TEC airport, which is the same way that the property is listed on Expedia and on the receipt email as well, so we called that one. The shuttle also listed “SEA-TEC”, but when we got to the hotel, we found we were at the wrong hotel and had to take an Uber to the other Courtyard. This was quite frustrating and between the airport and the hotel, they need to make that more clear by adding the address to the hotel reader board or something. The hotel itself was great but they should have free coffee in the lobby.

Disappointing experience. I try to stay loyal to Marriott - and the last several stays have been disappointing. Had to choose a non-Marriott property last night (Best Western Plus) because there was no Marriott in the area and the BW Plus was far better than Marriott…. Amenities…. Service… Accomodations…

The property was nice. Friendly staff. Their shuttle service to the airport doesn’t start until 5 am. Outside while we waited for an uber, they did have nice music playing. I found this to be unique and a nice feature.

You do not get what you pay for. In the room there is one creamer and one sugar per person. The toilet paper is poor quality. The lighting is bad.

The train was a little loud. We were on the top floor so not much interior noise but could hear TV next door and the blinds.

Close to airport. Wish the airport shuttle ran into later hours since it only runs until 8:30PM; we had to call a rideshare from the airport to the hotel at night.
Breakfast buffet is a bit expensive (~$20/per person) but selection was fine.
You need to have a code to access the lobby restrooms which was not provided at the front desk and had to ask a staff member about the code.
