Staff were friendly. Nice swimming pool. Need to make reservations advance for the spa, they are very busy.

There are a couple issues that I encountered . . . 1. Only non-USA outlets (yes, I'm spoiled) 2. Humidity (Can't hotels control humidity, lol)

My recent stay at Park Royal Collection Marina Bay was an unforgettable experience. The hotel's architecture is breathtaking, blending modern design with lush greenery, creating an urban oasis in the heart of Singapore. The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was welcomed by the warm and friendly staff who made the check-in process seamless and efficient. The location of Park Royal Collection Marina Bay is unbeatable.

Singapore, in general, is rather expensive and hotel rooms are no exception. The Marina Bay Sands is a big draw, with a BIG price tag and I think the ParkRoyal offers a very strategic alternative! Book a room on the side of the hotel that faces MBS and you have a better view of MBS than you would if you stayed there. The PR is a gorgeous hotel in it's own right with fantastic restaurant options and even sits on top of a shopping mall! PR is home to Southeast Asia’s largest indoor sky-lit atrium, containing over 2,400 plants, trees, shrubs and groundcovers from more than 60 varieties of flora spread across 1,400 square metres of space throughout. There are also underground tunnels that allow you to get to other hotels without getting out in the heat or rain. I forgot to take pictures of our room but they were true to the Hotels.com pictures. We would absolutely stay here again!

Convenient location.. got a room with padang view! Managed to catch national day rehearsals! Only downside is music from bar or some restaurant till late night could be heard

The room was modern and offered a balcony with a nice view. In particular, the hotel is located very centrally, allowing to discover the city and head to major spots by foot.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Had amazing views of Marina Bay Sands. Also loved the garden in the hotel vibes, will defo come back here again.

ALL STAFFS ARE SO FRIENDLY AND EFFECTIVE. BREAKFAST IS NOT SO GOOD, TOO MANY CHINESE FOODS (DEEP-FRIED), SPICY, FEW EUROPEAN FOODS. ROOMS ARE CLEAN. LOCATION IS CONVENIENT.

Hotel met all expectations although not always easy to connect with an operator when in the hotel.

Good, clean, spacious rooms with large comfy bed, strong shower and great views. Impressive atrium and nice looking bars. Didn’t take breakfast or eat in so no comment on those. Alas, a number of issues put me off returning: after paying £250 a night I would have expected better coffee than two sachets of instant granules a day, and I did not appreciate being charged another £250 deposit ‘for incidentals’ or being charged £15 for a luke-warm beer at the pool. The juliet balcony had great views of the city (from 19th floor) but the door is wedged in the corner of the room and would not stay open so it was hard to sit and enjoy the view with fresh air.

Service staff are wonderful.

Lady called Anisa at check in reception tried to upsell me to a club room. When I rejected this offer, she said she was going to upgrade me to another room, but clearly when we arrived at the room we had not been upgraded. The room was next to the maintenance room And also had a connecting room. With the connecting door, it was very easy to hear everything that was going on next door and we had a noisy family in there that woke up at 4 am in the morning . As a married couple, we should not be placed next to a connecting room. There was no soap in the shower and finally the hotel has several very small cages with wild birds in them. This is not ethical. In the past month we have stayed at 7 hotels and the Park Royal was the most expensive and the worst.

Love the pool! I stayed in the Marina Bay view room, and it was amazing to watch the lights every night. Nice and quiet stay. The Buffet was a bit lacking, the coffee machine either didn't work or made bad coffee. Not sure why such an expensive hotel doesn't have a barista or offer kopi for breakfast. It was a much-improved experience after staying at JEN Hotel a few days prior.

Not enough info about restaurants, not enough veg options. Miscommunication within staff. Was told about an easter hunt being at 1pm on 29 march and when i went to enquire was told they didn’t know about it. Next day was given leaflets about easter egg hunt starting at 10.15am so kids woke up early for it and started their collecting their eggs but then they were all taken away from the kids and told it starts at 1pm. Kids were super upset. Lack of communication and information.

Wonderful hotel and staff. We were offered an upgrade to a club level room, and it was totally worth it, allowing early check in and late checkout.

The ParkRoyal Marina is a lovely hotel. The lobby is spectacular and the staff are wonderful. I had a club room and the club facilities were great and the staff in the club were exceptional. The room was comfortable and had lots of extra facilities such as free toiletries and the mini bar included. Just a few niggles made it an issue for me: 1. There is nowhere in the room to do hair / make up adequately. The bedroom doesn't have any suitable places and the bathroom lighting isn't great for using the mirror closely 2. The hotel is well located for the Marina and shopping centre but there is no way to easily cross the road in front of the hotel - you either have to take a detour around through the shopping centre up some questionable stairs or down via the subway station escalators. It's a pain.
