Handy for airport nothing around restaurant or bar wise . No atmosphere in hotel bar . Breakfast only ok

My room wasn't clean when I arrived. I asked for housekeeping and after they came (next day) the carpet still had not been vacuumed and the bedside table still had sticky dirty rings from some sugary drink. Toilet seat was dirty. I asked for some disinfectant wipes and was given a washcloth to clean it myself. Housekeeping came again the next day but still didn't vacuum. I stopped asking. There is limited food service (no lunch, dinner 5 nights) and you have to walk at least a half mile to the nearest restaurant, which I am capable of doing, but when you only have an hour for lunch (I was there for a training) that is challenging and not relaxing. I reserved a shuttle to the airport ahead of time for 5:15 am (not free at that time of the morning but I agreed to pay the $15) and when I checked out was told that had not been arranged, and the man at the checkout desk was apathetic. I ordered a Lyft and while waiting the shuttle DID arrive. It was too late to cancel the Lyft but fortunately a family was having similar difficulties and took the shuttle and I took the Lyft. The morning restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful, but the breakfast "buffet" was disappointing for $12. The hotel has HVAC problems - it was too hot/too cold in halls and meeting areas. AC in my room rattled. My room looked out on the parking lot where some kind of construction was happening, and the hotel is right next to the light rail, and twice there was a protest outside, so it was noisy.

The property is well maintained, good value, clean and comfortable. The front desk staff does not represent the Hilton brand.

From the first day of arrival (September 5th) there we two people in the front of the hotel cussing and yelling to one another (should've caught a clue). Upon entering we reported to front desk. Second I was awaken at the ass crack of dawn on September 6th, by loud speakers drums and chanting. Went to front desk to inquire. I was told it was a protest and that it would only last 40-45 minutes and in my opinion that was 45 to long while on vacation. So I went to go back to my room (302) and the elevator quit working and because I'm handicapped I can't use stairs. So now im woke and inconvenienced. After all that EVERY time I went to my room I had to comeback to the front desk to get my room card redone. And last but least I read the notice that rooms would be cleaned every other day which was not the case. After all that happened with this stay NO ONE EVERY CAME TO CLEAN ANYTHING. My husband and I always try staying at a Hilton Hotel in our travels NEVER again. This was the most miserable stay ever. Whatever the hell is going on with this particular hotel you all need to get it fixed. I'll be addressing these issues with corporate. And as far as being eco friendly they got that covered since I never got my room cleaned.

Very nice and comfortable room; one staff member was excellent and very helpful to solve some questions I had about my reservation.

Great hotel close to LAX, only issue for was breakfast available at 7pm and need to pay, it’s always nice to have an airport hotel offering free breakfast and start much earlier for early travelers

Clean, easy check-in, great airport shuttle service. The motion-activated light in the closet is annoying because there are no doors to block it when walking into the bathroom at night.

The front desk staffs wasn’t friendly, I’ve extended for 2 days and they made me pay for 2 bottles of water and told me this is what Californians does. I will never return even the rooms are excellent

Typical airport hotel, with a nice outdoor pool and hot tub. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. I would advise those who would like to use their hotel shuttle from the airport to be aware not to take the shuttle with the big Hilton sign in blue letters, as many of us passengers did, because that will take you to the Hilton Los Angeles Airport, which is a different Hilton hotel, and either leave you there or take you back to the airport. Big confusion and inconvenience for many of us. Otherwise, it's a good hotel and I would stay there again.

The hotel was okay. The dining area was not open on Monday or Tuesday, and no room service is provided. There were people picketing at 6:30am, blowing horns and banging on drums a couple of the days we were there.

Very large rooms and terrific breakfast. Coffee was outstanding!

Renovation is almost complete. Friendly Staff; Spacious, Comfortable Rooms and convenient location.

I had the constantly get my key reprogrammed every day, the staff didn't offer parking car almost got towed and the never said anything about the keys daily I finally figured out when it was time to check out my 3 day stay and there were protests 6 am playing drums and blowing horns

Close to the airport, newly renovated, rooms are spacious and clean. Highly recommend.

This property is fine. But… our room did stink of cigarettes and the air freshener used to try and cover it. There was ash in the window sill so it definitely happened. There were protesters that woke us up before 7am so the property needs to do something to fix that. The shuttle works ok but make sure you know exactly where you are because the phone operator is not helpful in guiding you where to wait.

The property was being remolded so the area was trashy but to be expected.

The pool deck was pretty good. The hot tub tile was dirty.

Property on good condition. Limited parking. A liitle pricey for what you get.

We will stay again at this property if we visit LA in the future.
