We only stayed 1 night to go to a concert in the stadium nearby. The staff were AMAZING, providing advice on how to get there, the best food options before and after the concert, and even supplying a disposable raincoat in case of rain. Wish we could have stayed longer, as their food options were both tasty and good value, and the pool area looked lovely too.

The spa room is included and what a view. Service, experience and hotel are amazing. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Upon arrival the tap and spa didn’t work but they fixed it super quickly. Almost all staff delivered excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

Great family friendly place to stay with facilities, nice views and good location. Bathrooms could do with some maintenance but overall pretty clean. Breakfast was great and good variety. Some dining options not available during stay due to renovations and otherwise same sort of menu across other hotel lounges/bar/room service, given the family aspect of resort would be great to see some more variety with food options. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back!

Beautiful hotel given the age. Room was very spacious, lovely and clean. Great view even from lower floor levels. We also got to play golf and resort transferred our clubs over with no issues. Buffett breakfast was also excellent. Will definitely stay again.

The room was clean and in very good order, fittings and fixtures were also clean and tidy. Bathroom was spacious and well appointed. Only point that I could fault was that there was only on packet of complimentary biscuits, two wold have been nice! Otherwise, a great stay in a great hotel in an excellent location! Thank you.

A favorite place for us to stay. This time with a baby’s. Staff were super helpful and accommodating, even with providing a high chair in the room for us.

Unfortunately the bed sheets had not been changed and had blood stains on the mattress cover. Housekeeping were able to change the bedding the next day, I got a blanket and slept on top of bedspread as it was late at night and didn't have the energy or nor was I offered another suite. I booked the signature suite for two nights.
Found the toilet didn't flush properly either and looked like a hole in the vanity pipe work which was being covered with a plastic bag. Not to mention the unmentionable white mark next to the switch on the bedside lamp. I did let front desk know of the plumbing issues upon exit as they weren't of major concern. Did let them know again then at that point regarding the bedding. To which they apologised but no compensation was offered. I guess that's what happens when you pay in full and up front.

Staffs were very kind. I think this resort is in safe and convenient location for Gold Coast tour. The only cons was that balcony was narrow and not clean.

It was nice to wake up to the sound of birds in a comfortable bed. My son enjoyed their arcade and the pool. The place is spacious and perfect for families.
