Great stay and location.. skytrain 3-5 minute walk and a massive mall across the street. If I return, I will definitely stay here!

The best hotel around the entire metro burnaby area.
Right next to metropolis the biggest shopping mall out of the cities in BC.
Great room condition, bed is firm enough(a bit close to softer side).
Overall service was good.
If you are traveling with cars, do the valet parking. It is only few bucks difference and it is definitely worth of buck.
You get to park in the reserved area(parking shares with crystal mall and it always gets crowed mixing up with the mall customers)

Staff was excellent. The bed was super comfortable and smelled great. The foyer looked great with Christmas decorations. Was disappointed that my room service meal was served in disposable packaging with disposable utensils - real plates, cups, and cutlery please!

Quiet and safe around the hotel and late night dining options! Hotel is clean and staff are very friendly! We went to Earls for a late night dinner and they had AMAZING food, drinks and service!

Swimming pool was not clean. Walls of pools had black scum around. Hot tub was dirty moss green

Of course the Hilton is clean, well maintained and has great staff. Only stayed on evening nothing more. Staff were very helpful when they found out we were only here for a concert. Immediately they explained the best route and transportation for our evening. Room was spectacular and very clean. Beds were the most comfiest, love the duvet and mattress! Also thoroughly enjoyed the chaise lounge by the window. Used the workout room and pool, both clean and very well maintained.

Hotel is blah. Business lounge is disappointing. Never restocked any drinks all weekend. Appetizers were very sparse. Pool is very small. EV charging is a nice benefit.

Stay close to family as we were babysitting. We brought them back for a swim and the kids loved the pool. Very walkable with lots of restaurants and shopping outside the door.

Not enough EV charging parking spot. Single destination charger for Tesla and 2 normal electrical outlet for home charging adapters. That is unacceptable for $300 stay per night hotel. The pool is extremely small given how big the hotel size. Everything else was good especially the breakfast

The staff here were all so kind. They went above and beyond to ensure we were pleasant with our stay. It’s close to a lot of restaurants and the metro mall is just 5 minutes away if you walk. I would stay here again in the future! Thank you Hilton staff 😊

During check-in, the staff mistakenly thought I had not prepaid for my room. Attempting to provide a deposit, the credit card machine declined my payment. I asked a friend to drive over to use his card, and it was declined as well. The staff then concluded the machine wasn't working and manually completed the transaction.
On hot days, the ac fan needed to be on the highest setting, which was annoyingly loud.
I expected a better experience for what I paid.

Check in staff wasn't friendly, then one of the elevators wasn't working for days, had to go up and down the stairs, it was only on the last day of our stay that it was fixed.
The room was dirty, stuff on the floor, chips on the chair. We opted to get housekeeping for just one day and when we returned to the room around 5pm, they just started cleaning.
The only good thing was the location of the hotel, very convenient but otherwise I wouldn't choose it again.

Location was good. Property needs some mai ntenance. Was overall clean but noticed some areas such as coffee station in the room that wasn't cleaned properly and carpets. Bathroom cupboards were run down with wear and tear. Parking fees for the location was very high.

We had stayed at this hotel 7 years ago and really liked it so thought we would try it again. This time it seemed really bare-bones to us. It is a great location - easy to reach Metrotown and the Skytrain.

The parking is not included in the price of the hotel. For overnight I had to pay $21.00 extra.

The hotel itself is pretty straight forward. It's right across from the Crystal Mall and many, many Asian restaurants. There aren't a ton of 3-star options in Metrotown, so this is probably the best you will find in the area. The rooms are a tiny bit older, but not super dated, yet. The AC was not working properly, and the toilet was flushing very slowly. Other than that, the beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious.

Main room ok, duvets aged and looked less than pristine. Don't like the bulk bathroom products, tacky fur a Hiltom IMHO.
