Nice property with many hot selection for breakfast. The WAYMO service gets so fast and is able to get you to downtown in a 10 minute trip for $12 bucks

I do not stay at luxury properties and am always looking for affordable but nice properties. This property was head and shoulders above any 'affordable, mid-range' hotels ay which I've stayed. Unbelievably clean and nice appearance, free breakfast, plus the food area was very clean and well taken care of, staff was courteous, helpful and friendly. A lot of amenities (imo). To get all that AND a suite for such an affordable price...amazing!

Front desk was rude, no greeting. Maybe 2 words said at most. But other than that it was a great place to stay. Wouldn’t come back because of front desk.

Spent a week at the Springhill Suites Tempe/Phoenix Airport for a work trip.. From beginning to end each staff member was kind and accommodating. The room was nice and had everything I needed. Really appreciated the shuttle service and the gym allowed me to keep my at-home routine on the road. Thanks for a great stay!

Hotel room, breakfast, and service were all excellent. The it's and I went swimming that evening and the pool was very dirty and had not been cleaned. There was also a dead bird in the circulation drain of the hot tub and it smelled like it had been there for a while.

I would have given 4 stars for every category, but when we arrived there was a notice advising the swimming pool was out of order and it was 47°C outside! Why can't hotels send out a notice when something significant is not working?

Did not have a showe/tub combo as advertised and none available after booking specifically for a tub except a king room which would not accommodate my family. Could not get either tv to work even when pushing on/off on tvs themselves. Some of the lights also were not working in room as well as light switch when walking in.
