The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room comfort was excellent. The property was a little dated. However, they were in the process of doing renovations. I am sure when they are finished it will be top-notch. I would definitely rebook this hotel.

We had a great stay. Clean hotel. Easy location.

Stay was nice and quiet, didn't see may people,clean has microwave and fridge comfortable bed.would come back

The stay overall was fair. The lobby and kitchen area were well maintained. Our room (3 queen beds) was ok. The floors were not 100% vacuumed as there were crumbs etc on the floor. The headboard on one bed was clearly broken, the outlets on the lamps next to the beds did not work, the freezer portion of our fridge had mold or old food that was not cleaned/wiped away and we had half a roll of TP upon arrival for 5 ppl and the sink drain was so very slow. The room was dated with a stained ceiling (clearly a previous leak issue) over one of the beds and peeling wallpaper. When I called to ask for another roll of TP, I was told I needed to go to the front desk to get it myself. The staff was friendly, check in was easy, I felt safe and it was quiet but lobby/kitchen area smelled of smoke. Convenient location for those visiting Salem/Boston that cant find a room directly in those towns. In the future I'm not sure I would consider staying here unless some updates were made to the property.

Pulled back comforter and noticed the bed she was matted and looked slept in. Found pubic hair and body crust on sheets. Sheets not changed from previous occupants. Was vile and disgusting. Left hotel without staying

Visting Boston with my daughter and her friends for a concert at TD GARDEN. We had a three bed suite with a private bedroom which worked perfectly. The front desk staff were very accommodating, professional, and friendly. The room was comfortable and spotless. The complimentary breakfast was perfect. Waffle maker? Absolutely

The beds were comfortable and clean. The room furniture does show age and wear and tear. But overall, for the price it was a good stay.

Room smelled stale, like a sweaty gym. When we asked for air freshener, we were given a toxic spray "bomb" that required us to vacate the room and wait an hour to return. We did not bother to do it. More egregiously, room was left unlocked all day one day. We left for the day at 9:30 a.m., returned at 12:30 a.m. to find the door ajar. Management is investigating but has offered nothing except an apology.
