Hotel was pretty good, the breakfast if you were ok with grab and go type meal was acceptable. Our only complaint was the air conditioner which was broken the first night…rattling and making lots of noise that interrupted our sleep. Told them the next morning, they addressed the issue only to have a repeat the next night…rattling and banging noise. Next morning i retold them and it was finally fixed for the next night. They offered no discount for the 2 nights, or apology.

I needed a hotel outside of Boston and this hotel was surprisingly nice

Our room was very clean and spacious; plenty of towels and comfortable bed. The property is very well kept and clean and attractive. Breakfast was ok - one morning the eggs and potatoes were stone cold, other morning they were fine. Coffee and tea available in the lobby. Overall, it was a pleasant stay; hotel staff were very courteous and welcoming.

It was ok. They do not provide daily house cleaning service. We asked for fresh towels and received a bag of towels dumped right at the entrance of our room. They provide free buffet breakfast until 10 am and they are not kidding. The staff started putting food away a 10 am sharp even though there is a line of people that have been waiting 30 mins. The kitchen staff is inefficient and slow to replenish food at the buffet, which resulted in a long wait line.

Great location, room, and staff!

This has Hampton in. On one side and Homewood Suites on the other side. Hampton Inn guests are treated as second class by all staff. Stray hairs in my room - gross! - the firmest bed - I’m a big woman and couldn’t make a dent! The scratchiest sheets I have ever experienced. Unfortunately, it’s right by my work, so I’ll have to stay again….

It was close enough to Boston, which made it very convenient for traveling

While the staff tried, problems with the keycard system to enter rooms was very problematic. The breakfast area was very messy and not well maintained throughout the morning. Being a person who loves half and half with coffee, I was disappointed to only have coffeemate as an option.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful throughout our week stay! Definitely recommended and would stay here again.

Classic Hampton, good location, lots of dining options near, busy place, lots of vacationers, the breakfast buffet couldn’t keep up with demand

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I was a bit confused with how Hampton and Hilton were the same facility and yet separate for breakfast dining rooms and key cards. Great hotel though, convenient access to highway too.

Lots of Hair in bath plug causing the bathtub to not drain and front desk was not helping our situation and was a bit careless

Pool ice cold staff did nothing but provide a vague answer and tried to state scientific facts

We always stay here instead of Boston, it's close and has a few great restaurants right across the parking lot.

Nice huge property. Very clean, nice rooms. Spacious, clean bathroom. Only missing the exhaust. AC worked well. Close enough to uber to Boston and visit Boston & surrounding areas. Welcoming, friendly, and helpful réception. Hot breakfast with eggs, sausages, potatoes, cereals and make your own waffles. Definitely recommend this hotel if visiting Boston n nearby areas.

Staff was amazing. The breakfast was delicious, as was the fitness room and swimming pool- both were impeccably maintained.

After a long, delayed flight from Dallas to Boston, arriving at the Hampton Inn Boston Woburn was a breath of fresh air. The check-in process was impressively quick and easy, which was exactly what we needed after our exhausting journey. The young lady at the reception desk greeted us with a warm smile and exceptional service, making us feel welcomed and cared for right from the start (rare these days it seems). Our room was immaculate, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, providing us with the perfect haven to unwind and relax. We were so pleased with our experience that we decided to extend our stay by an additional night to explore the beautiful city of Boston. The hotel’s convenient location made it easy for us to venture out and see the sights. From the complimentary breakfast that offered a wide variety of delicious options to the well-maintained facilities, every aspect of our stay was nothing short of fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, Hampton Inn Boston Woburn exceeded our expectations in every way. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We can’t wait to come back on our next trip to Boston!

15 minute drive to the city

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a few nights, we didn't expect the hotel to be so nice! There was a bar in the lobby which was awesome for a quick and relaxing drink, the parking lot was massive (plenty of space to park) and the room was awesome. There are numerous places to eat in walking distance, and the shopping in the area was perfect. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel if you are looking for a clean, quality hotel.

We had a great stay. Clean rooms and breakfast was good with a variety of items.

My room was not cleaned once and my garbages were overflowing 2 small garbages for 4 people get filled up quickly. When I called reception 3 times to ask to get my garbages cleaned out no one was ever available!
