Great hotel and a great location. Clean, friendly service, easy and free parking, good selection at breakfast. 10 mins from the T. Would absolutely stay again!

Breakfast ended too early during the week for us.

there was a handprint on the headboard/wall area, the closet in the room felt out of place, the pool was closed

Location, bed was comfortable. Front desk person was nice.

Loud restaurant, parking spaces near door filled up by restaurant. Pillows too soft, no microwave in room, no fan in bathroom.

I was in town for a funeral, and I put in the wrong dates for my stay. The girl up front was amazing! (I'm kicking myself for not getting her name) I arrived Friday March 10th so please look up who was working. The girl without any extra stress for me helped me change the date to the correct date ( that night)so that my family (husband and toddler) could check in while I headed out ti the wake. My mistake could have caused huge issues, considering we had just driving 2 1/2 hours with a 2 year old. However the girl fixed the problem within a matter of minute so we were able to get up to the room. I just think she should be recognized for going above and beyond. She made what could have been a extra stressful situation, a complete breeze. We'll come back because of how she handled things.

I like the location area and there is a restaurant close by Sam Walkers , the staff are very friendly good customer service and like the lobby area

What i did like was our room wasn't really vacuum and I had a stains in my bed sheets and the room had a musty smell:/

It is really a family service hotel. A lot of kids and they looked happy.

No microwave or kettle to boil hot water in the room.
