Great location, spacious rooms, nice front desk staff, decorated nice. Front desk gave free breakfast due to housekeeping issue.

Housekeeping is not up to par. At least the person/people who "cleaned" my rooms. First rm I was in had blood on the mattress, black stuff on the headboard, make up finger prints on the mirror. Fr. desk moved me to another room. I'm this rm, there was crumbs in the drawer, splattered food on the wall, crumbs in the pull out bed and no sheets on the pull out bed. I then let fr. desk know & requested for housekeeping to come up & deal w/the crumbs & put sheets on the bed. No one ever came. I didn't want to leave a tip due to all this but I did anyway due to whoever cleans the rm after I leave, might not be the same housekeeper who didn't do their job, prior. I do have videos of everything.

Staff were lovely. Pam was excellent at breakfast. Kerry was very helpful.management would do well to ask how are you doing maybe hello

Shuttle in advertised as a plus on booking.com one of the reasons I booked this hotel. When we asked it was not available for years. No response from booking. Com even though I contacted several times .also very embarrassing situation at dinner when people were being asked to pay cover charge for a band the hotel put in the restaurant area and seated people there. The people refused and it got very loud and fraught. These people should not have been put in this position .

Die Leute an der Rezeption waren abweisend und wenig hilfsbereit. Eine Nachfrage zu einem ruhigen Zimmer hat eine Lage an einem Seiteneingang mit ständig krachendem Geräusch erbracht.

Muy buen hotel, muy cómodo , amplio y limpio. Muy buen desayuno. Tenía cafetera de capsulas y frigo. Parking gratis. Para visitar Boston nos aconsejaron ir a la estación Oak Grove en el auto y dejarlo en un parking y tomar el metro al centro. Muy buena recomendacion!!!! Ya que es casi imposible conseguir parking en el centro de Boston y el tránsito es muy complicado. Personal muy amable.

Little outdated, but still in decent shape. Clean, quiet, quite far of commercial areas, good place to run away from civilization and "recompose"... comfortable beds, good wifi

Unsatisfactory value for money...breakfast wasn't included in the booked rate, thus making the overall staying overpriced comparing with similars in Woburn. Complementary coffee only in the morning(ok, better than nothing), few towels in room, AC unit quite noisy and the check-in was heavy (have to revalidate access cards, as it didn't work at the first try). No invoice at check-out (was told that it will be e-mailed, didn't happened)

Notre séjour a été parfait ! À 20min de Boston, un hôtel calme et familial. Le personnel est aimable, les chambres propres et spacieuses.
