Everything went very well. Easy check in, self parking near the front door. The room was very clean and looked updated recently. The bathroom also looked updated and squeaky clean. The bed was very comfortable. Overall it was a great experience. The breakfast was buffet style with the usual entrees, eggs, sausage, toast,muffins,cereal etc. we will stay there again.

Although the hotel is somewhat older, it was updated. It was very clean throughout. It did not have any bad odors. The room was very clean, the bathroom was immaculate. White sheets on bed with white blanket is always a plus. I would stay there again.

Carpets in hallway were stained. Lighting was dim.
Dated and old. Restaurante-bar closed at 9 even tho on line it said 10. Breakfast that was complimentary had me running to the bathroom. I couldn’t even make it back to my room.

Very enjoyable stay and room. The only downside was I asked for a 1st floor room near an exit for a military veteran and they did not accommodate. I was put in a 3rd floor room. Other hotels honor special requests.

Stopped for an overnight. Driving to Nashville from Boston. Got up at 3:30am to get ready for long day of driving. No hot water for a shower. Called front desk no answer. When I checked out I spoke with the person at front desk about no hot water. They just asked if I wanted the receipt.

It’s a bit congested being almost on top of Homewood Suites next to it. Specifically, the parking is an issue.

The staff was incredibly accommodating. I had automobile problems and Tabathia drove me to a local auto parts store and back to the hotel. And Joshiah used his own vehicle to jump start my SUV. Neither of the folks would accept a single dime for the outstanding services they rendered. Meanwhile, the front desk clerk should receive honorable mention too. A great place to stay.

Everyone was very friendly. Visited Virginia Museum of Transportation, where I particularly loved the old cars, and a small aquarium exhibit at Market Square, both in downtown Roanoke. Too cloudy and rainy for Blue Ridge Parkway.

This is a beautiful and well maintained property. The staff were wonderful. Breakfast was great.

Staff was very courteous and friendly. Excellent breakfast. Only negative I had was that they do not have maid services for two night stays. No fresh towels and beds not made up.

The hotel is very dated. The wallpaper in the bathroom had all kinds of gross marks on it. The towels were very thin and scratchy. Decor looks like 1970s. We have stayed in this area before at other hotels which were far superior to this one for the same price. Well, the staff was very kind. The rest of the hotel was lacking.
